I always really look forward to my appointment. All of the staff are really friendly and there is a lovely atmosphere in the salon. I am always well taken care of with a hot drink (or 2). Ruby is lovely to chat too and remembers things we have spoken about and knows exactly how I like my hair to look.

Always enjoy coming to the salon. Had highlights today and it’s so relaxing I feel as though Ive been truly pampered by the time I leave. Colour is great and always enjoy a good old natter with Carolyn. Thank you 🙏 xx

A wonderful experience as ever. There is such a lovely friendly atmosphere in the salon and the advice, care and servicing from Jo was excellent.

Excellent personalised service as always from top stylist Carolyn. Lovely half head of blonde highlights to brighten up the look and stylish cut to follow. Carolyn has been my hairdresser for 25 years and the whole team are so friendly and welcoming.

I had a consultation with Ruby last week which was very helpful.
Today I had a half head of highlights, cut and style, very pleased with the result.
Ruby was empathetic with my hearing loss which I appreciated.

Ruby was absolutely amazing cutting my 3-year-old daughter’s hair. She was so patient, gentle, and kind, and made the whole experience calm and comfortable for her. The haircut looks beautiful, and it’s clear Ruby is great with children as well as incredibly talented. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Ruby always does an amazing job highlighting my hair — the results are beautiful every time, and I always leave feeling so happy with it. She’s talented, professional, and really listens to what you want. Carys is also incredibly helpful and friendly, making every visit welcoming and enjoyable.
