Francesco Hair Ferndown

Another great hair session at Francesco Hair in Ferndown but with a twist today, I'd booked in for a wash and blow dry with trainee hairdresser!
A lovely consultation with Esme. She listened to what I would like and made some good suggestions.
My curly but thin hair was washed, tamed, persuaded to behave and I walked out with an excellent hairdo.
The salon is always clean and attractive. It's a lovely place to spend time with a coffee and being pampered.
I'll be back there next month, hopefully running some colour through it too ❤️

As usual I was welcomed into the salon like an old friend. Had colour added to my roots and a few low lights. Followed by a Glass treatment to add moisture and shine back. After a complimentary glass of Prosecco and good conversation left feeling amazing. Thank you to everyone for making my visit so special.

A pleasant experience. As a pensioner it’s nice to be pampered and have a natter. Bit expensive.

Jo is a great stylist. She always makes sure she knows what I want and takes into account any issues I may have with my hair. I was very pleased with the result.

I was hot and bothered when I arrived. Was offered a cold drink. Even though I arrived 30 minutes early Honey was available to start straight away. Nice friendly lady and very satisfied with the service and cut.

I was very pleased with my hair cut and style, Carolyn was very professional and asked me how I was getting on with my shorter hair cut from previous appointment,I told her I was very pleased with it and would like to keep the style and maybe we can add alittle colour next time, so looking forward to next visit.😊

I haven’t had my hair done, in quite a long time, probably well over a year. I wanted a change but I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. I knew I wanted to go lighter but didn’t quite have a vision in mind.

Shannon took me for a consultation & skin test, and was very thorough showing me all the options and we came up with an idea. On the day I was greeted as always with a smile and from walking in I was looked after to the highest standard by everyone including my stylist. Once I had finished my service I was blown away by the results. It was everything I had imagined and more, giving me such a boost in my self confidence!

Everyone I had spoken to on the day went above and beyond my expectations. Despite it being a while since I have been the standards and quality of services are still as high as when I first went to the salon around 16 and that is a testament in itself. I can’t recommend the salon enough!

Shannon made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I came in as that potential nightmare client that says “I don’t mind what you do” and that didn’t phase her. I said I wanted a big chop and we steadily took it up to 8 inches shorter. She checked with me at each stage and it truly was my call on length. I came back 2 weeks later, again, with some vague ideas but the laissez faire attitude and again, Shannon rolled with it. What I’ve ended up with is more than I imagined and I haven’t stopped bouncing since. I feel like a hair advert! Thank you.

I had a cut with highlights yesterday and I love the result - my hair looks it's best ever. The colour is fabulous while leaving my hair in great condition.
