Went to see Carolyn for a well overdue hair cut. Went in feeling guilty for leaving it so long, and also feeling really low in mood. This visit raised my spirits, gave me a boost, and I left feeling blooming good about my hair and lighter within myself. A good hairstylist, is also a therapist.

I honestly can’t recommend Ruby highly enough! She went above and beyond anything I have experienced with a hairdresser before.
I came in with quite a few fears and anxieties about my hair, especially because I have naturally curly hair. Ruby really listened to me, understood the style I was hoping for, and took the time to explain how different cuts would work with my natural curls, as well as the maintenance and styling they would require. I really appreciated her honesty and the time she spent making sure I understood what would work for me and my lifestyle.
She completely put me at ease and created a hairstyle that not only looks amazing but feels amazing too and, most importantly, is realistic for my everyday life. I left feeling confident, listened to and genuinely excited about my hair.
It’s very clear that hairdressing isn’t just a job for Ruby; it’s a real passion, and that passion shines through in the care and attention she puts into her work.
