Have been coming for years because Carolyn always does amazing things with my hair - and we have a good laugh in the process. Highly recommend!

Greeted with ‘Would you like a glass of Prosecco’? Apparently Friday is Prosecco day. Wow. Introduced to their colour stylist who got to work and arranged for a hot chocolate while the colour was taking. Then a fab wash and massage befor Carolyn finished with a blow dry.

Very pleased with Shannon how she cut & styles my hair. Feel like I have known her forever, always makes you feel very welcome & nothing is to much trouble.

Shannon is a really great colourist with an amazing eye for detail. I highly recommend her!

Jo has been colouring and cutting my hair for over 6 years now.
She is an expert at short hair. Mine is very thick and a challenge for some hairdressers. I’m always pleased with the result. She also listens and I enjoy her company too .

The salon is very clean and nice and bright. Everyone is very friendly, I always enjoy visiting the salon.

Another brilliant cut and blow dry by Carolyn. Always a good experience I know I can relax. Coffee was very good too.

Quite frankly excellent throughout. Greeting on arrival was great, "Chat" throughout the cut was friendly but not intrusive and the quality of cut and styling was everything I could have wished for. I'm "over the moon" happy and would recommend to anyone else.

I always have Carolyn she is such a talented hairdresser. All her staff are brilliantly trained. It's such a pleasure to go there.

I have been going to Francescos for many years and Carolyn has never disappointed me. She knows my hair so well that I wouldn’t entrust it with anyone else now. Her team are amazing too and I love the new decor. Highly recommend Francescos and Carolyn!

Attended salon 3 weeks ago for skin test. I was advised to wait 2 weeks following steroids for psoriasis to have skin test. Attended today and they have now refused to do skin test because of psoriasis. I have had highlights at this salon with psoriasis several times before. I have had my time wasted twice. I should have been informed on my first attendance. Very poor service.

Carolyn, and Jo, understood perfectly how I wanted my gair coloured and styled. They took time to discuss my hair and various suitable styles and colour.

Today was time for a colour, trim and blow dry.
A quiet corner, a discussion on colour/highlights - action agreed and my request for a hot chocolate later noted.
Time spent with Kindle- bliss.

I hadnt been to a Salon for many years, 2 years since my last cut. Honey made me feel relaxed, helping me with products for my menapausal hair. Kind staff, friendly, chatty & trust in the products. I felt safe in Honeys hands, I left feeling light & happy. I look forward to returning. Thank you Honey, I feel fantastic.

This is my first time in a salon for a long time. The whole experience was relaxed and friendly and Honey cut my hair exactly as I asked , checking I was happy throughout. I had a fringe cut in and have had lots of compliments. Will definitely be returning to get Honey to cut my hair again.
