My amazing friend treated me to a complete make over of my hair 🥰 it was a gift I will treasure and never forget. I was absolutely blown away by the results of how Carolyn transformed my hair.

My experience of hair salons has never been a positive one sadly. I can honestly say Carolyn and her lovely team have exceeded my expectations.

Louise went above and beyond to fit me in for wash & blow dry for a wedding the following day. I was thrilled with the result and also had extra treatments to make my hair shine . I was looked after very well.

I love coming to have my haircut. Shannon has been cutting my hair for some years now and every time I go I feel like she listens to what I’m after and is happy to deal with my sometimes slightly unusual requests. Always happy helpful and honest. I would recommend her any day.

Another great hair session at Francesco Hair in Ferndown but with a twist today, I'd booked in for a wash and blow dry with trainee hairdresser!
A lovely consultation with Esme. She listened to what I would like and made some good suggestions.
My curly but thin hair was washed, tamed, persuaded to behave and I walked out with an excellent hairdo.
The salon is always clean and attractive. It's a lovely place to spend time with a coffee and being pampered.
I'll be back there next month, hopefully running some colour through it too ❤️

As usual I was welcomed into the salon like an old friend. Had colour added to my roots and a few low lights. Followed by a Glass treatment to add moisture and shine back. After a complimentary glass of Prosecco and good conversation left feeling amazing. Thank you to everyone for making my visit so special.

A pleasant experience. As a pensioner it’s nice to be pampered and have a natter. Bit expensive.

I was hot and bothered when I arrived. Was offered a cold drink. Even though I arrived 30 minutes early Honey was available to start straight away. Nice friendly lady and very satisfied with the service and cut.
