Great to be back after lockdown. Felt really secure and safe. Usual great service too.

Very pleased to be back at the salon today. I was greeted by Matt who proficiently took me through the hygiene procedures. I felt very safe and all the staff were conscientious about distancing and cleaning..
The service I received from Matt was excellent as usual . A perfect haircut and advice on a new product that suited my hair style. Thank you Matt.

Great cut, Katie was very friendly and offered helpful advice with how to style my hair. It was also clear the whole branch we're doing everything in their power to prevent against covid.

Don't usually post reviews however, the haircut and style which I had on Saturday is wonderful. I could not be happier. Matt, you are so professional and instinctively know what your client is trying to say, thank you. Also, it is lovely to be met by Ross again and thank you to you all. In the current climate of Covid I felt safe and reassured so the experience was as lovely as usual. Thanks again.

It was lovely to be back at Toni and Guy in Dorchester and for Matt to cut my hair. They made sure my safety was their priority with hand sanitiser, masks and gowns. It really felt like a well oiled machine with everyone working hard to make their clients safe but also a pleasurable experience too. It really felt like lockdown officially ended. The salon was immaculate and fantastic systems in place to make sure everyone is safe. Despite The additional processes the whole team were their cheerful and welcoming selves. I’ve just had my first professional haircut after lockdown given by the wonderful Katie. The cut has given my hair new life and I love how she takes the time to blow dry my sometimes unruly hair to perfection. On entrance to the salon you’re offered a plastic gown, face mask and paper cup for your use during your visit. I felt completely safe in my surroundings and the whole experience was very professional and enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I had much awaited haircuts on Tuesday last and we wanted to record our deep appreciation for the wonderful experience offered by the staff and, in particular, our stylist, Matt, who also manages the salon. Absolute perfection and brilliant haircuts as usual.

Lovely haircut, well organised with good care taken to guard against covid

it was great to be able to return for both a colour and cut at last.on Monday. The attentiveness and care taken by both Matt and Danielle was exceptional and I felt safe and comfortable at all times. All the staff handled everything so professionally it was very impressive. A great deal of thought and hard work has gone into making the salon a totally safe environment whilst still keeping to their high hairdressing standards. I went home a very happy lady after months of home cutting!

You always have a warm and inviting atmosphere and welcoming as soon as you step into the saloon. Aimee is always polite and lovely to talk to. I trust her to do the perfect hair cut and she always delivers.

I was very impressed withe the way that the team has adapted the salon to promote safety during this covid-19 time. It is organised, ordered and spaceous. The whole experience felt very safe. Emily was fantastic, she took great care to stick to the high safety standards and then delivered the usual fabulous hair cut and style. It felt marvelous.Thank you so much x

Hi Matthew thank you for a nice hair cut and tidy up on Monday. Very nice as usual. Apologies I completely forgot to leave you something when I paid but will be popping in soon.

Always a lovely relaxed haircut with emily. I felt at ease and come out with a great cut again.

I am really pleased with the cut done by Aimee. It is always lovely to have Aimee she is always pleasant and a fantastic hairdresser I would recommend her to anyone.

I am really happy with the results with the new colour I had done with Ellie. Amazing service as usual. Ellie is a lovely girl and I always enjoy my appointment at Toni & Guy.

Disabled people are treated with courtesy and respect. My arm is in a sling but that posed no problem for the wonderful staff. They are a young and adorable lot, but with lots of skill and experience.
Next time I will see how they cope with me in a Bath Chair!
Joking aside, great haircut from the fab Emily. Wonderful reception from Ross (who makes the best tea ever) and all the staff.
One does not think of the salon being anywhere other than Mayfair.
