I'm always nervous getting my hair cut as it's curly & ive had some bad cuts in the past from people who didn't understand how to manage it. Matt was amazing. He talked through what I wanted or needed my hair to be able to do first, & then the actual cut was perfect. He made me feel very comfortable & cared for. Can't recommend highly enough.

All the staff are lovely and welcoming and really put you at your ease so that you are able to enjoy your salon experience . I am very lucky to have Emily as my stylist . Not only does she cut my hair so beautifully but she listens and does exactly what I’ve asked . She is very professional and even when I am her last appointment , she treats my hair like it’s the first appointment of the day . We are lucky to have such a great Salon in Dorchester.

Emily is fabulous, she is very talented and clearly loves her job. She takes her time to produce the style that you have asked for, she is also a lovely warm person and I enjoyed speaking with her. The salon has lovely atmosphere and is very inclusive, welcoming all from the community.

This is the second time I have had Emily as a stylist and both times I've been super happy with my hair. Today she really took time to talk to me about the style I wanted. She listened to my preferences and produced a style which I was really pleased with! She was lovely to talk to as well! I'll definitely be booking again. Thanks Emily :)
My only slight criticism was that hair washing could be made better. The head massage was lovely but very very quick.

Always happy with Matt’s styles. He listens to requests and applies hair styling with flair. Prompt and friendly.

Tanya is a good cutter I am happy with her styling. I have answered these questionnaires before but they don’t seem to change the issue around washing hair, which is done by trainees. I am of course aware they need to learn but I would like them to be observed and supported as there are weaknesses in this area my hair was washed quickly with no pressure and not washed at base of scalp and temple areas, the massaging in the conditioner was very good. Please support the trainees work by having observers beside them
