I'm always pleased with my hair after visiting Emily. She takes time to listen to the style you would like and is a lovely, bubbly and smiley stylist. My only critique is that it was pricey and I question whether the stylists have enough time without the pressure of the next client arriving. This can make customers feel slightly uncomfortable too.

As always I had an excellent experience at Toni and Guy Dorchester.

I popped in just on the off chance someone could cut my hair, didn't dare hope, and then it was my lucky day Aimee was free I was treated to a lovely shampoo and conditioner, a Fabulous new hair cut, came out feeling I was ready for the red carpet, Judy Dench eat your heart out, I was given some extra tips for looking after my new style and will be booking again soon to maintain my new look, might even get a few colour highlights !!!

Woken up this morning and can see the true effects of the fantastic colour Meg applied yesterday. I LOVE it! As someone struggling to transition from dark brunette to greying, I’m loving my hair and am looking forward to my next appointment already! Visited as I had a voucher from a charity auction! The staff were professional & friendly from the moment I entered the salon. I was made to feel welcome & offered a drink. My hair was washed using some lush smelling products and this included a mini head massage. Katie listened to what I wanted done with my hair and gave her opinion when asked. The cut looks wonderful & it was finished off with a blow dry and curling brush which left my hair looking beautiful! All this in an hour! Would highly recommend Thank you ????????????????????

Jake gave me advice and options for my hair cut witch was gratefully received and told me what he was doing all the way through. He also advice on how to style it. Megan was lovely and friendly and welcoming, she got the colour exactly how I wanted it and also gave me tips and pointers. I have no words to describe my experience today. Emily was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I've had my hair cut by many hair dressers but this is by far the best I have ever had and without any hesitation I will definitely book my next appointment here. I liked the treatment I received and I like that it was styled after, and the people were great.

This was my 1st appointment with Katie but it is definitely not the last. Katie is a supberb stylist and this is the best haircut I’ve had in years! All the staff at Toni and Guy Dorchester are lovely, so friendly and so helpful. Can’t recommend this salon highly enough.

Both Emily and Katie were great with my children this evening. Katie took the time to show me how to style my daughter's hair and even wrote some instructions. Emily was fab as usual with Arlo and put him at ease she chatted to him on a level he could understand. The were both great.
