My mum, Eileen, has dementia and I take her to Francesco to have her hair done, it’s a treat for her to have it washed and styled. Daisy is often on reception and always gives us a warm welcome, which makes Eileen at ease. With her dementia, she can be a bit difficult, so it’s so important that she feels welcome.

Very happy with my haircut today. Molly was lovely and gave me helpful information and advice about booking a hair colour. I felt very welcomed as a new client and have already booked my next appointment.
This was my last hair cut before Sarah goes on maternity leave, as usual she gave me a fab haircut. We discussed colours I want achieve while she is off . She recommended two staff members to me one to colour my hair and one to cut my hair. I will miss Sarah but feel safe in her staffs hands as she trained them.
Molly is always lovely and looks after me well. We spoke about the cut and colour I wanted and Molly is good with advice. She gave me a free treatment when I had my hair washed and I felt very relaxed.

I love my salon visits I'm always made to feel welcome. Sarah is an expert with short hair and always takes time to find out exactly what I want. There has never been anything I've requested that she can't achieve with precision and flair.
Sarah once again did wonderful work on my hair, advising on cut and colour. The whole team are so lovely and would highly recommend a visit.
This time chose to go with a slightly different look. Talked to over, and felt that l was being listen to as well as ideas coming from Sian, who understands my problems and hair.
