I'd got myself into a difficult hair situation and Josh rectified this beautifully with natural highlights. The staff at Twilo seem to have the customer's best interests at heart, which creates a refreshingly tailored service in the trendiest of settings.

Came here because my last haircut in another salon hadn't worked, and correcting someone else's mistakes is not the most satisfying job.
But Josh was absolutely brilliant and without criticising my former hairdresser achieved subtle changes that gave me the best hair ever.
Going back in three weeks for highlights. So happy.

Been going to Twilo over 10 years. Each visit is a total joy. Di, Tash, Josh, Eva and the team have kept me feeling a pretty glam grandma. Even when nature takes its toll the Twilo team is there to ensure every life event is met with a fabulous hairdo, wonderful friendliness, a cuppa with chocolate! music, massage and twinkly lights.....

I booked in with Josh from Twilo who is absolutely brilliant. He has given my hair the oomph factor which has been lacking for many years. I couldn't say what was wrong so whether it was the colour, cut, me, my hair changing with age, my face etc. Josh met me and then transformed my hair to looking better than ever. I went back to see him after 8 weeks and still I think he is brilliant. The best hairdresser I've had and I'm 52!

I've been going to Tash at Twilo for about 6months and she is fantastic. I've loved every cut and colour and she knows exactly what I want almost before I say it. She's really friendly and welcoming as is the whole salon. I've always been intimidated by salons but I'm really not at twilo.

Josh is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me get my hair back into good shape. I have payed top prices at a well known international franchise for years and never received the same level of professionalism,

Showed a picture of the hair that I wanted, turned out completely different. I need to take the blame cause in the salon I thought it looked better, looking at it now it's way too bright for me. I did say that I don't want too many blonde bits. In love with the cut and Joshua was really nice. Just disappointed with the colour and when I called an hour after I left the salon asking if I could get some darker bits I heard that it would be at least 50 pounds. Not exactly what I expected after I paid £130.

Excellent professionalism and service as always. Final appointment before my wedding and extremely pleased with the results. Thanks Charlie and Twilo.

Always really friendly and chatty staff, not like other salons - here I feel totally comfortable to tell them what I want and it really feels like a partnership decided on colour and cut etc. Superb service which is why I keep coming back!

I have just walked away from my first appointment at the salon. I have left the salon with a really wonderful feeling of well being. Josh did my hair and he has made such a very welcome change to my hair. I have already booked my next appointment and am looking forward to the next visit. I had a colour cut and blow dry. There was a "no rush" time taken to decide which would be the best colour to match my previous hair colour. The whole salon is such a happy environment and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are small tv screens on the wall in front of your chair and also on the ceilings above the rinse area, such a nice touch. Just a great experience and hair salon

Great cup of tea as always and tonight Di achieved the perfect shade of blue on my hair. I always leave Twilo with happy hair and a smile on my face.

As always, excellent cut with Tash . The service and attention is first class . . A most relaxing hair salon .

clearly first impressions count for this salin and when i booked and turned up for apppointment the ambiance struck you/ customer focussed attention to detail and courtesy from all staff and i am not easily impressed/ from a design pov particularly liked tv screen im ceiling as you had your hair washed

Josh could not have taken greater care to give me the colour and style I was hoping for. A truly 5 star experience in every respect. I look forward to being a regular client at Twilo.

I have my hair tinted with lowlights. The colour is always just right. I have been to other salons and the colour is different every time. Eva cuts it very well and I am always pleased with it. I have lived in southern England for a long time and have struggled to find a good hairdressers after living near Manchester. Twilo is the best I've been to ! It's true also that it's a very nice salon to go to. I would recommend it.

Love the interior design & enjoyed the comfy new chairs, massage chair & hot towel experience...just what I needed ????????????????
