The cleanliness of this salon never ceases to amaze me. It always looks like its just been painted. Cannot recommend this place highly enough especially the lovely tash!

I was very nervous about finding a new hairdresser, but I needn't have worried. I'm really pleased with my cut by Eva. Exactly how I like it! I very much enjoyed my first visit & particularly enjoyed the massage chair - so relaxing.
Looking forward to my next visit.

I can't speak highly enough of Twilo. Diane is lovely and actually listens with interest to what you want and advises accordingly.
The massage chairs are heavenly and a head massage with the conditioner completes one's delights!
High professional standards, lovely cup of coffee and an unhurried, relaxing appointment.

Been coming here for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Di and her team are lovely - they know exactly how to be with each individual client. Fabulous atmosphere and top class cuts - no blue rinse here! Can't recommend them enough.

I love this salon and all the stylists are excellent. I used to live in London and was really worried about finding a good salon in Bournemouth but now I have???? Really recommend it if you have not tried it.

I love Tasha cutting my hair, she cuts it how I like it and always comes up with some great ideas too.

Cliché though it sounds, I walked in with printed pics of hairstyles I liked and walked out feeling like a new woman with a hairstyle from straight off the page. Eva is a rock-star!

I have been going here now for 16 years and I've never been disappointed. I get colour and cut done. As does my mum (who feels the same). I even recommended Twilo to my best friend who also goes there now too after my recommendation. Even though she now lives in London, she still uses Twilo when she is home for visits. That's how great the three of us think it is. I literally don't a bad thought about this place.

Fantastic friendly team. My sylist always puts me at ease. Love the hot towels and massage chairs. Would alays recommend to family and friends.

I love this salon. Everyone is so friendly. Have lovely massage chairs while hair is being washed. But most importantly Tasha really listens to what I want unlike some salons where they just keep cutting your hair as they see fit. Altogether very professional snd very relaxing experience.

Great visit with really good care and service. Di listened to what I thought I wanted but also gave me ideas. Love the music & video system. Great massage chair & I love the lavender towels.
