Pleased with my cut & the advice & calm manner of Sherelle

Not happy at all
Visited twice as wasn’t happy the first time . To be fair the colourist I originally saw made me aware they use Davines colour which they explained wasn’t the same as , say, Wella . However I was charged for the second appointment to go blonder which cost me almost £200 and the result was shocking. Stripy , brassy, colour application was rushed and not put near enough to the roots hence horrific regrowth fairly shortly after.
Tried to speak to the salon to get a treatment/toner but they still wanted to charge. Quite frankly I wouldn’t necer back , terrible ?

Tiegan was fantastic, I’m looking for a wig as I’m about to start chemo. Tiegan was sensitive but upbeat and positive and nothing was too much trouble. I didn’t feel rushed and enjoyed the experience of trying different styles and colours - thank you Tiegan

Thank you for the makeover and pamper on my hair and taking the challenge to give me and undercut. I'm happy with my hair....I can't recall the last time my hair felt so good.

Lovely salon and great service. Disappointing that disposable gowns and towels are still being used today. Dread to think how many get used and thrown into landfill per day.

To be honest, I’m not entirely happy with my hair today. I find that the highlights have come out quite brassy, slightly stripy & golden because they weren’t lifted enough. I preferred my natural hair before unfortunately.

Had another lovely colour and cut experience today , absolutely love having my hair done by Sharelle she always works her magic with my hair.

Finding a stylist that I could trust and felt comfortable with being able to give me what I wanted and needed was difficult.. till I came to Michelle at Simone Thomas.

She was welcoming, listened attentively to my needs and gave me exactly what I was looking for, all the staff in the salon were approachable and kind even though it was busy. Have already booked my next session with the peace of mind that there is someone to manage my difficult thick hair with ease and Grace. Thanks team!

Haircut and blow dry with Tegan, great cut, she listens and is very understanding of what I want and what my hair needs. Excited to see how my colour turns out next week

Sharelle talked me off the ledge from going from long hair to a pixie cut by giving me a beachy choppy Bob which I totally love - and I still have hair! I'm new to the area so this was my first of many visits to come. I felt welcomed and looked after and that genuine care was taken to get the look just right for me.

Really happy with the way Sharelle cut my curly hair, would definitely recommend her.

I had the best experience with Tegan at Simone Thomas hair salon. I finally found a trustworthy and excellent hair stylist. The cut & finish was perfect! My hair has never felt or looked better. Tegan did an amazing job and always had in mind what would suit me.
Also, the atmosphere in the salon is incredible. Everything is very clean, modern and stylish. The whole team is very friendly and kind. The products they use smell incredible good, too! I couldn’t have asked for more. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment.

Becky was warm and welcoming and did a great job restyling my long curly hair to a much more flattering bob. She gave great advice for future highlights. I very much enjoyed my long overdue hair cut!

My first time at the salon, and it won’t be the last. I was made welcome and Shannon did a super job with my restyle - a graduated bob that looks as good the day after as it did in the salon. Looking forward to getting my colour done too in the future. Thank you all.

Great haircut and beautiful salon.

I was a bit hesitant to try something new, and haven’t had hair treatment for 8months which damaged my hair. I never thought I would still get fantastic results! Shannon followed what haircut and hair color that I liked. Her hands are really gentle I was too comfy I even slept. Salon has this cozy and sophisticated ambiance. In addition, staffs were so accomodating as well. Wonderful customer service! Great salon experience!

From the moment you walk in the door you know you’re in safe hands. Ethical standards in today’s environment is a hard find, but so pleased I did. Would recommend Michelle to anyone, though you really want to keep her a secret as she is brilliant at transforming your hair and in turn your well-being.

Everything was explained in detail, and in way that was easy to understand. Everyone I have spoken to or had contact with has been so professional and helpful.

I came in for a consultation about colour correction and also had a blow dry. I walked out feeling more confident about my hair style and colour with a gradual transition to grey.

I am wary of going to the hairdressers but the hairdresser made me feel at ease and the end result was spectacular definitely go again!

I had a consultation with Teigan and have to say she was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hopefully the next time I see her will result in me having the look I am after.

Colour is perfect and love the way the stylist blow dried my hair smooth without using straightening tools.

Really needed highlights but I couldn’t book without a patch test, so decided to have a cut instead. Shannon was great and felt comfortable enough to completely change my mind as to what I initially wanted, I do experience a lot with my hair, but not everywhere. The result is lovely and am looking forward to my colouring experience. The salon is beautiful too and the atmosphere really nice. I’m new in the area, time will tell, but so far so good.
