I've been going to Simone's salon since she opened, and am absolutely impressed with her staff, regardless of who she hires. The consistency of my colour, cuts and styling is outstanding and my favourite stylist, Tina is an absolute professional the likes of which you will not find anywhere else down here. The new salon is stunning. The atmosphere and decor is beautiful. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, it's an absolute pleasure to spend a few hours in their company.

Everything was as I had wanted it. An excellent hair cut and some great advise. A beautiful looking salon which did not disappoint.

I had a beauty treatment and was very well looked after by Kelly. Will definitely be going back and be recommending to friends.

First time I've been there, booked for a haircut, my stylist, Hadley, was lovely and obviously passionate about her job. Not only did she do a great cut and dry but she also styled my hair, gave me care advice for free. I then had a free make up session which was a real treat. Atmosphere was lovely and all staff I met couldn't have been more welcoming. The service I had was worth way more than the amount I was charged! Thank you for an amazing pampering session!

I was delighted with my cut and blow dry with Danny. The salon is very well appointed and the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. I had a full consultation with Danny and I felt he was listening to what I wanted. I was made to feel like a special customer. I will definitely go back.

Thank you to Simone for my new hair due to cancer treatment. Amazing salon, beautiful enviorment rand best selection of wigs in Dorset. I had been to Beales and one other one in the mall in Boscombe but left feeling very upset and let down by the way they treated me and also the poor selection and quality of the units that Iw as ready to give you and go bald or go to London. Thank you to Simone for two amazing appointments helping me with my male hair loss system. I was a client for many years with Roger Moore in Bournemouth but recent months and past year my appointments were being cancelled or issues with my new unit not being there. I have to say this is the best salon I have ever been to. I went yesterday for a leg and bikini wax with Kelly and she was brilliant. Polite, sweet but gentle and firm at the same time when it came to waxing. I've been left with smooth skin no hair left over whatsoever! All round a lovely experience. Also just add ALL the girls in the salon are so warm and welcoming it really does make you feel special!

Thank you to Simone for seeing me at such short notice. I had been to another wig company locally as was so upset by the way I was treated but also the quality of the wigs in Poole. I will be sure to tell the Drs and nurses about the amazing work you do, the knowledge you have on hair loss and various conditions that effect hair loss. I am so so happy I have found you. I visited MWAH to get my new wig cut. Hadley was lovely and did a really good job. Will definitely be returning.

I don't normally leave reviews but on this occasion I wanted too. I have walked past this salon for nearly two years in a daze and it was only last week I went in on the off chance for a gents cut. I am so happy I did best gents hair cut I've had in a long time and I won't mention the salon I was at but I won't be going back. I look forward to being a regular at Simone Thomas salon.

Fantastic blowdry, really listened to what I wanted, looked amazing! And gave lots of advice on how to repair my very dry highlighted hair. Recommend Mwah to anyone

After spending years suffering with thinning hair seeing consultants in London and using various products and medication nothing helped. I visited M.W.A.H all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Simone understood what I was going through she was very caring and knowledgable about thinning hair. I can't express the relief and joy I feel knowing I now have help and lots of options I didn't know existed. I can't recommend this salon enough and I'm looking forward to all my future treatments and options. The consultation was free and at no time did I feel pressured into spending money I didn't have. The prices are very reasonable to suit your needs. I can't thank SImone and the staff enough ????

Restyle and cut

Booked appointment for 30% off deal for cut and blow dry.
I paid at end, but when got home noticed on receipt there was no discount applied. Rang up to enquire and was told there was nothing they could do.
Disappointed, hair cut was good but won't go back.

This is a fantastic salon which makes you feel welcome and takes great care of you from the minute you step through the door. I had a full head of highlights and was given great guidance on colour choices and products. I will definitely be recommending this salon to friends.

I have been going to salon since december last every 2 weeks. They have changed my life completely. They all make me feel so welcome and the service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. Keep up the fantastic work.

I have been coming to the salon since it opened in 2012 I have my fantastic transformation connections hair extensions....the best on the market in my opinion. HD Brows and my nails are always fab too! Great team great salon highly recommend :-)

I visited Westbourne for the first time the other week after moving down from London as I and been told about a beautiful ladies wear shop Lonah's. The shop window caught my eye as there have so many beautifull wigs in the window but I was surprised they were a hair and beauty salon as well. A lady called Francesca came out and gave me a price list and explained the company was rebranding and moving soon to a bigger premise so the price list will look different in a few weeks. I saw they did HD Brows and I have been having HD Brows for some time now and a regular fan every six weeks, thank god I have found a salon that does them. Anyway I have been in this week and all I can say is WOW I don't know what I was having down before in London but these are the best brows I have ever had, I even treated self to some of the HD Brow make up they sell. I am one very happy customer and even got a HD Brow loyalty stamp. See you in 4 weeks girls

Just moved into Westbourne and REALLY needed an haircut. Lisa took great care of me and now I no longer look like a cavewoman! So glad I live just around the corner, will be paying another visit soon!

Had my usual HD Brows treatment with Maddy today and am as pleased as ever with the results. A perfect job carried out in friendly surroundings by a lovely beauticean who has an amazing eye for detail. I so love my visits to MWAH !!

Managed to get a last minute appointment (always check out their Facebook page!) with Maddie, just needed a trim but got a gorgeous blow dry with curls too. Felt super special and can't wait to go back! Thanks maddie!

I am really happy with my eyebrows, today was the first time they have been done my maddie and I'm so pleased with how they look, she got them into the exact shape I like! Always great service and everyone is so nice. Thankyou mwah :)

I was recommended to book in with MWAH after moving to can ford Cliffs from London by a friend who also lives down in Dorset in the summer. I moved recently after divorcing my husband and travelling to London every six weeks is to far for me to get my hair done. I did go to another salon in Canford Cliffs but ended up coming out with bright blonde hair which at my age is not the colour I asked for. So after speaking with a friend they told me to go to MWAH.

This is my second visit back to MWAH now and I have left so happy, the staff are very lovely and attentive, my hair looks the best it has done in years even better than DGJ where I used to go. My highlights look natural and not processed, I even had some beauty treatments this time a Jessica Manicure, facial and booked in for a course of derma roller to plump my face and get rid of the lines. The staff are very friendly and personal. The lady who did my highlights really listened to what I wanted and she certainly delivered. I have been having highlights for forty years and I would say that today's are definitely some of the best I have ever had.
The only problem was that I hadn't realised that I was to be a 'model' and because the highlights took a very long time, and I'm not well, I wasn't able to stay for the planned cut and blow dry.

Today I was booked in with the two new members of staff for various beauty treatments, I have been coming to MWAH for a number of years and was always happy with the beauty therapist that was there Danielle, but I have to say today Madeline and Jacqui were the best two therapist and experience I have come across. Simone your salon keeps going from strength to strength, well done and good luck with the awards next week. I had a full body massage today with Maddi, followed by the best HD Brows I ave had in two years with Jacqui followed by a luxury jessica Geleration manicure and pedicure and even treated to a yummy sandwhich from next door as I was at MWAH for a good few hours. Thank you girls and love the new team, best environment and therapists to date.

I came to the salon with tired, broken hair as it is(or was) very blonde. After a consultation of what was best to get my healthy hair back, it was dyed and cut. I am now a darker blonde...but still a satisfactory blonde, and my hair feels like it has it's bounce back. Very happy with the one on one attention I got from 2 stylists and the manager. 5 star service. Thank you
