We are a multi award winning hair hairdressers in Bournemouth with award winning stylists. Our hair directors, stylists & colour specialists are highly skilled in the latest techniques to offer outstanding technical and creative excellence.

Our award winning hairdressers and hair loss clinic is renowned for offering the best in cutting, styling and colouring all types of hair, including fitting high quality tape in hair extensions.

We are proud to offer the finest salon professional products, which include the award winning Davines and Olaplex . The William Guy hair salon services include:

- Colour Services including full and half head colour, highlights and balayage .

Our hair loss specialists/ Trichologist is highly qualified and skilled in the latest hair loss treatments and knowledgeable in many hair loss conditions, including:

- Alopecia
- Telogen Effluvium
- Trichotillomania
- Female & Male Pattern Baldness

Please note: We require clients to have a patch test for any colour service a minimum of 48 hrs before appointments, these will need to be updated every 3 months. Appointments cannot go ahead without this.

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or no-show for an appointment within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the appointment value. This is non-negotiable and will be enforced.

Hadley was lovely. Friendly & full of information which I have yet to take up. I have waited until I have washed my hair myself to advise on my verdict. I was advised that I would still be able to put my hair up which is just about the case. What I was surprised about is that the thickness of my hair has diminished and I have far more layers and they are shorter. I am not sure if this is good or not as it is so different from what I have always been used to. Time will answer that. The salon had a nice relaxed vibe which I liked and have already given this information to a friend.

It was a consultation for a second opinion. I had more information from the salon about my condition than what I had from my own GP & a Dermatologist. The salòn was honest about it and advised that from their experience I have frontal fibrosis alopecia and that it was not a reversible condition & not to waste money on so called treatments. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism. Would recommend the salon to others.

I had my hair coloured with **** but was disappointed when I go home as it was a lot darker than I thought it would be, and I was also disappointed with my blow dry as the girl did not understand how I wanted it.

I was so upset that I have had to wash and style it again myself.

Transformation with dignity and pride

I thought chemo was traumatic enough, but as I sat looking at the matted birds nest on top of my head in the mirror, I went through what I can only describe as a grieving process for my hair, I then came to the difficult decision to have it shaved off. With compassion, sympathy and empathy Ashleigh turned me away from the mirror, and very gently began, however, as I said goodbye to what had been my golden locks a transformation occurred and I started to feel liberated and free. 1 1/2 hrs later I came out of Simone Thomas's salon in Westbourne feeling amazing and a million dollars. I highly rate Simone Thomas and especially Ashleigh for allowing me to keep my dignity and pride and for giving me back my mojo. Thank you.

I have been getting my hair done from Emma for nearly two years. I can not fault her work, she is always amazing and goes out of her way for her clients. She goes above and beyond and since getting my hair done with Emma I will never go anywhere else.

The colour is always amazing and nothing is too much trouble, I would highly recommend the salon and in particular Emma to specialise in colour.

Complete change of hair colour

I must admit to being nervous about having my hair colour changed.. I had got fed up with the yellow brassy tones in my blonde coloured hair.. but Emma the colourist put me at ease and talked me through the whole process.
She did a full head colour with a darker ash and blonde highlights..
I am absolutely delighted.. even my husband actually noticed for once and says it's the best colour I've had in 30 years????
Also she did a great cut and blow dry.

After my ombré was changed despite not asking for it, to uneven poorly done highlights, I messaged Simone Thomas. They phoned almost immediately and got me in for a consultation and then for an appointment within days! They are amazing, understood exactly what I had originally wanted and fixed my bad white patches to a soft blonde ombré. Such good value for money as well!

Please note: We require clients to have a patch test for any colour service a minimum of 48 hrs before appointments, these will need to be updated every 3 months. Appointments cannot go ahead without this.

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or no-show for an appointment within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the appointment value. This is non-negotiable and will be enforced.
