First visit to a salon in twenty years. I was made to feel relaxed and welcome straight away. The stylist was helpful, knowledgable and did a great job on styling my wig.

I visited the Salon for the first time today. I was greeted by very friendly staff who made me feel comfortable and had a lovely coffee.. My stylist was excellent and very chatty so that suited me fine. She did a lovely blowdry and straighten in my hair, definitely recommend and would go back again.

Kim did an amazing job of my hair, it was absolutely perfect and lasted the whole day, evening and night!! She was very friendly and had had no opportunity to try out the hairstyle in advance as I live four hours away. I'm new to the area and was apprehensive about trying to find a new hairdeesser but read some amazing reviews about Simone Thomas so decided to give it a go. I had a colour consultation with Kim a few weeks before my appointment and was reassured by how she seemed to understand what I was trying to achieve. I arrived for my appointment slightly apprehensive but I really shouldn't have been. Kim was so nice and we chatted the whole way through. In addition to the highlights, which I have to say are the best I have had, I had the opulex treatment, which Kim said would enable me to go lighter without damage. I was amazed to find that despite having good condition before, once I had the treatment, it was like having new hair even though it had just been bleached. I didn't have a major cut just a trim which was done beautifully. I can't recommend the salon enough and have already had many people wanting to go there on the basis of the colour on my hair. I love coming to this salon. The staff are very friendly and I really enjoy chatting to my hairdresser. I am always happy with my hair and I get lots of compliments for it! I would recommend this salon to anyone!

Simone Thomas is a lovely hairdressers and today is my second visit. I have not had my haircut in over a year and have spent the majority of it, trying to grow it after a hair dye disaster. Last year, one of the girls had to cut my hair in to a bob to save it. Although I was not happy with having a bob, it needed to be done and the girl cut a lovely bob for me. So after a year of growing out my hair I went back today for a restyle. The girls who work there are lovely and the salon is beautiful, but I'm not happy with my hair cut. I asked for a side fringe which I had to ask the girl to cut more in. I asked for choppy layers and after she dried it I had to ask her to make them shorter, which she still cut the bare minimum. After it had been styled it looked nice but not really what I asked for. I didn't want to ask for anymore as I felt I was maybe being too demanding. Then when I got to the till was charged £50.40! I wouldn't mind if the cut was something I really loved but my stomach

Lovely haircut and nice stylist which is the most important thing. Much better than last time I came but still not as good as Dani, who gave me the best haircut ever. The salon itself felt cold and the chairs are uncomfortable with out a footrest.

As always a lovely welcome from Kim on reception and Kim the hairstylist. Alesha was Beatrice's hair stylist today and she was just lovely with her, making her feel really at home and special. Wonderful haircut and experience. We were also treated to Valentine's cupcakes and a red rose each!

First visit to Simone Thomas, quick informative communication after asking questions on their Facebook and email. Speedy appointment made too.
Arrived at salon, greeted, offered a hot drink and my coat taken. Had Opalex treatment applied which is fantastic if you have highlighted blonde like me. Elisha explained the process and how to maintain my hair, answered all my questions and gave a scalp massage that made me feel sleepy and relaxed! Was then asked what haircut I would like and showed me how much length would be taken off, checking to see if I was happy. Beautiful cut, polished and straightened perfectly. Couldn't ask for more from my experience.

Just had transformation connection hair extensions done by the fantastic Georgie! Love love love them! She is very talented and the salon is beautiful! Great staff full of laughter and made to feel incredibly relaxed and pampered! Highly recommend this salon

Attended to buy a wig prior to starting chemotherapy. Saw Georgie who was lovely, kind, helpful, informative and very patient particularly when I changed my mind and bought a completely different one from one I ordered. No pressure sell either. Would definitely recommend. Only downside is that you can't claim vat back at this salon

Hoping to come back again next Saturday! Love the feel of the salon even as hairdresser myself walking into a new salon can be daunting but I got a lovely warm greeting from the receptionist and felt straight at home!

Thanks so much to Kim and Georgie got their advice on how to make a younger liking me by eradicating years of over-dyeing using box dyes. Kim has managed to beautiful lighten my hair so that it catches the sunlight and had lots of natural tones. Thank you so much.

I have been a client at Simons Thomas westbourne for a few months now and they are consistently welcoming and friendly. You never feel rushed , the salon is warm and welcoming and very comfortable. I went today for my first visit and Kim was my stylist. I had gone her to get my hair fixed after visiting another salon where they had no clue.
Kim has done a great job and blended in all the blonde and have gotten rid off all the previous patchy colour. It now is a gorgeous colour blended well and very natural looking!

The young lady was very helpful and patient while I tried lots of wigs before making my selection and she then trimmed it a little to suit.

Over the Christmas period a salon I have gone to for years let me and a number of there clients down by being closed and not informing any clients which is hugely disappointing but as they say everything happens for a reason. I was so angry as I had our family vacation booked for two days after my hair and going away for two weeks and as a woman you want to feel you best when going away. I was so lucky to of been in Westbourne and saw this beautiful salon I went in on the off chance and explained what had happened at a salon at conferred Cliffs and they offered to stay late after they close to do my hair as they could see I was so upset which I am truly grateful for. They really did go the extra mile which I have and will be telling everyone I know. I am so happy with my colour and some many people on the boat complimented me on my hair and the colour. I have found a new salon and stylist. Thank you Kim for what you did to my hair it is amazing and really is the best it has looked

Disappointed.My haircut look like have been done by trainer but not by a salon director.I have been so upset as I wanted to be nice for a Christmas that's why I choose the "best salon".

I was very nervous as salon looks very posh!! But so patient and so friendly. I think I had style director,nicky? Not sure but she was lovely and made my phobia of bad hairdressers fade.

I came to this salon seeking a solution for my thinning hair as I saw that they specialise in this in-particular. Georgie was a great help and helped me choose the perfect hair piece. She went above and beyond with all aspects of the job and I'm really happy with the outcome.

I would definitely recommend anyone with thinning hair or hair loss issues to come here.

On first impressions this is a beautiful salon, and I've been in a few over the years, including my brothers.
I was greeted with a friendly smile then I met Georgie, what a lovely helpful young woman.
I have with two lifelong illnesses which has led to very thin hair (the only part of me I don't want thin) but that's another side a fact of all the meds I have to take.
Georgie sat me down got me a coffee ask all about my hair and health, I had gone really to get a full wig, but Georgie explain that I didn't need that to get the look I wanted, a real hair piece which she is ordering in and will cut and style for me next week when I return for my next appointment.
I can't wait I feel better about myself already. Don't put off making an appointment at this salon they are angels here.
So good to speak to someone after eighteen years of feeling like no one really gets it.

I have been wearing hair extensions for years - was recommended to come here as they have alternative extensions to the traditional glue in ones that were ruining my hair after years of wearing them. I really didn't want to be without my extensions so i went for a free consultation and haven't looked back! Their Transformation connections are fantastic and the hair quality is amazing - i have had a years wear out of mine because i have followed their aftercare plan - Great Salon Great Staff - wouldn't go anywhere else!

Having recently had Chemotherapy & lost all my hair, my husband & I were so impressed with the wonderful, professional, discreet wig consultation. A fabulous selection of beautiful wigs too. So glad I booked an appointment. I have previously ordered a wig on line which I was very disappointed with. They also have men's wigs & hair pieces, which looked amazing. Thank you Georgie, for making this a really great experience. I will definitely book my next hair cut with this Salon when I finally grow my hair back. Thank you so much.

Today was my first time at the salon. It was an excellent experience. The girls were all really friendly and Beth, the lady who did my hair did an amazing job. Beth. She is very good and did my hair just as I wanted. Her manner is very good, just the right amount of chat to show an interest in me as a person but not over the top. She also gave me advice on how to deal with my hair.

I went to Simone Thomas for the first time yesterday after reading amazing reviews online and was not disappointed! Danielle-Reanne is a hair wizard! She made me feel super comfortable and used the latest techniques and products to fix my fuzzy bumblebee head "dip dye/ ombré". Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend to anyone :) also yes, it was pricey but for the first time in years I am happy with my hair and I can't stop swishing it about haha! Worth every penny! Thankyou!!

I was welcomed with open arms and a cup of aromatic tea. My hairdresser did an amazing job. I am very, very pleased with the outcome. Even when she was done with my hair we kept on chatting for much longer, because we had such a fun conversation going on. Also, this is an amazing place to get a perm, bleach and colour done at. They use the revolutionary Olaplex, which dramatically minimizes the damage. I know it sounds too good to be true, but highly processed, yet healthy hair is now possible.

I had my extensions cut in with Georgie and they look amazing! Much better than I thought they ever could. She was really lovely aswell, down to earth and honest. Will definitely be going back. And would recommend anyone.

I have my hair cut and coloured with Kim who works in the Simone Thomas Salon. Kim is lovely and the best hairdresser I have found. She always knows exactly what I want and is very kind and friendly so its always a treat to have my hair done!

The salon is OK, its quite basic compared to some other salons in the area but it is always clean and the staff are friendly. Ultimately I would go to a salon for the quality of the cut and colour, not whether it has WIFI or special coffee!

My 11 year old son ( who hates having his haircut) came out of this plush, classy looking salon, after Dani worked her magic on his mop, saying he was really happy with his trendy new look & he would definitely, return again! This is a miracle! It was not just her obvious skill & care at cutting ( not a pair of thinning scissors in sight!) but her lovely warm character & easy going manner. She just connected with my son ( & me!) & made us immediately feel relaxed & happy. In fact, all the staff were very helpful, friendly & well presented with their classy black clothes & their own beautifully inspirational hair styles! I Can't wait to go & get my own hair cut there.
I must admit that I was a little worried that with such fantastic surroundings & attentive service, it was going to cost an arm & a leg, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised! Affordable expertise. We both highly reccomend this amazing salon.

The supplier has made a mistake with my units and the incorrect ones were made.
Georgie and I were stressing out a little but she was absolutely amazing!
I am very pleased she is now doing the units because she really understood my needs and really explained what is best for me.
I've told her so many times to stop being sorry about the units. It was not her fault and she was a great!
She also cut my fringe just how I like it!
I am also loving the new salon! Privacy is what customers like myself needed :)
