First time I have been to the salon.
An e excellent cut & blow I was very pleased with the result.

This is my weekly escape from the outside world. Sophie and Annalise are amazing stylist and they do my hair to perfection every week for a blow dry and every few weeks I have a toner or conditioning treatment my appointments vary between them depending on who is free. Simone Thomas salon is a gorgeous comfortable salon you feel you are in a luxury hotel, a great team, most amazing macaroons and drinks. Always leave feeling a million dollars - thank you ladies x

Loved my cut and colour. Staff were professional, and explained to me everything they were doing .They were attentive the whole time I was there .
The oplex has made my hair nice&shiny and held my colour.

Hadley was great, not only listened to what style I wanted she also gave fab advice about products and how to style my hair! Thank you

I have been coming to see Georgie for some time now and she is brilliant! I first came for advice about what to do with my hair which was broken, not growing and thin. Georgie gave me great advice and over my appointments has helped to style and cut my hair which will keep it healthier and look good! She gave me options and advice on extensions which I now have and I’m so thrilled with how much better my hair looks and feels. Georgie is patient, kind and honest about what will work for me. The salon is full of professional and friendly people.

This salon truly gives me the most wonderful service and treatment - they are a clear cut above any other I have been too, and that includes front of house, Colouring, extensions and styling - Georgie and Kim have given me more than just my confidence back - they have shown genuine warmth, concern and talent - these girls are world class at what they do! Professional, friendly and a very comfortable environment.

I was pretty nervous when I first went in, but that didn't last long as Georgie made me feel very welcome. Good advice and really looking forward to going back to progress in getting my hair (confidence) sorted. Highly recommend for men in my situation with male pattern baldness, good honest advice.

I have always had amazing results at Simone Thomas and would normally always give 5 stars! Everyone is lovely and have always gone above and beyond always paying close attention to detail to give you the result you’re looking for.
Today I had a lovely full head of highlights done. But unfortunately when it came to the cut a bit of a chunk was cut off of one side which I’m super disappointed about as it really doesn’t look too great :(

I am always delighted when I leave the salon, the young lady who I always boom is brilliant at what she does, the atmosphere of the salon is excellent and would recommend highly if anyone is looking for a new experience

As always an amazing experience, it’s been a while since my last visit so hair was in a bad way but Hadley loves the challenge of bringing life back to my hair- went from mid length to really short again and Hadley has styled it to perfection (even if a bit scary at first to go so short again!) love the head massage too ???? wouldn’t go anywhere else (unless Hadley left ????)

It was a wonderful experience, everyone was polite and helpful, I don’t think I have ever been treated so well in any other hair salon and i was very pleased with my colour, cut and blow dry.

From the moment I walked I felt welcomed. The salon is clean, tidy and has a modern-chilled atmosphere.
Sophie, my stylist, listened to my hair issues, what I wanted and then gave her suggestions on why she thought of them.

She was extremely professional and didn't just plough in and give me the cut I thought I wanted but gave me the cut which suited me better - which was exactly what I needed and I'm extremely pleased with the results.

Sophie was chatty and professional the whole time - couldn't recommend her highly enough.
My hair now is incredible, and I will be back to keep my new hair cut looking great.

All I can say is Kim is a fantastic hair stylist. She knows exactly what I want and always delivers. Brilliant !

I arrived for my appointment at 10am feeling nervous as hell. But within 2mins I was made to feel relaxed had a coffee and a talk with George. I explained everything to her and from then on I felt totally at ease, another female customer came up and it didn't worry me that I was trying on female wigs as she was sat next to me. Thank you George so so much

As always, Erica did a great job! Just a quick fringe trim today, but she still took plenty of time to check what I wanted and if I was happy. Also really great that she doesn't charge for this - encourages me to get a full cut a bit sooner too.

Had a hair loss consultation and walked away with a lovely wig, such a friendly helpful salon. Lots of advice for me. I have been attending Simone Thomas for over a year now. I have always had my hair done by Emma and never had any problems, however unfortunately she has now left. I had my hair done last Saturday and I was not happy with the colour. I requested an ash balayage to which it turned out brassy with tones of ginger. I was disappointed with my result and discussed this with the manager via telephone. They offered me an appointment to come back in to colour correct. I have just been to my second appointment and again I am not entirely happy. The colour is a lot better then the last appointment however it still has brassy tones and for the amount of money paid - (£154) I would expect to have a colour I am happy with. I travelled from salisbury to Simone Thomas on both occasions, as I have always been happy with my results. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this salon as after two attempts and no compensation offered I am still unhappy with my hair.

Had erica colour my hair today and Sherelle to blow dry it , always happy with the service I receive at Simone thomas and it doesn't not matter what stylist I get booked in with I am always happy with the end results .

I am so pleased with my hair colour & cut! Lauren was so professional, knew exactly what she was talking about & listened to what I wanted, which I got! All the staff were very friendly & the atmosphere of the salon was so calming! A lovely experience, thank you.

We organised a meeting with Georgie, as our daughter has an Alopecia condition. Georgie was great with our daughter, giving her options to help her cope with her condition and regain some confidence and positivity. Wow today I felt so anxious, scared and well mixed emotions really, but after a while I felt really relaxed and comfortable. Georgie was so good to me and chatted to me a lot and made me comfortable and less anxious etc, was really happy when left and she didn't talk down to me either etc. Keep up the good work

Feel more confident with the truthful advice the stylist gave me on hair pieces feeling hopeful to finally get the hair piece that suits I can’t give points on value, results and at atmosphere as I have only yet been for consultation

Amazing staff, Kim was amazing took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted out of the appointment. The best hairdressers I’ve ever been too will be using this salon from now on.

This was my first visit to the Simone Thomas salon, and I attended at the invitation of Luigi, who required a model for his trial day.
I found the salon most agreeable; it is spacious and airy, with an elegant feel to it. The lighting is flattering, rather than glaring, and the atmosphere relaxing. The salon appeared busy, but not frenetic. The salon products were new to me, but I am assured they are more natural than those used in many salons, which does appeal to me.
Having been offered refreshments, I was pleased to find the salon stocks peppermint tea, which was served in a pretty china cup (and it would have been even nicer if the cup and the saucer had matched....).
I cannot legitimately rate the salon for value since, as a model, I benefited from a complimentary service which, of course, is the most fabulous value. Having said that, I find I cannot submit this review without rating the salon for value. On checking the salon's tariff, I must say it's quite a bit more expensive than I had realised......
Luigi is by far the best stylist I have known and, as usual, I left feeling like a princess (or, in my case, a dowager duchess!).
