Good experience again

I don’t normally leave reviews, but Sarah very much deserves one! I asked for a restyle, from a bob to a pixie, and went armed with photos. Sarah did exactly what I wanted. They’re not the cheapest priced salon, but the time, attention, quality of cut and atmosphere makes it well worth the money. I love my new haircut, I will definitely return!

Wanted hi/lo lights to cover slight grey and a long layered cut. Got no hi lights at all, got some red lo lights (only in the sunshine with my right eye closed when it's 24 degrees!!), got a bob cut and all the grey around my hairline is...still grey!!
Really disappointed with this salon and will unfortunately not be using again. Charge city prices, but don't have city calibre staff. Had to pay cash as they couldn't work the card reader and was asked to go to bank to take out cash.

Grateful again to Amy for great haircut & suggestions on daughter's long, thick hair. Good tips for us both & understanding how to deal with her hair and kind talking to us both. Amy was really helpful and so lovely. This was my first appointment with Amy and after my hair treatment for damaged dull hair she did a wonderful job and my hair feels and looks a million times better already and I feel so reassured, I can't wait for my next hair appointment. Thank you Amy!

I've been seeing Amy for my hair now since last summer - it's noticeably in better condition and I love the way she colours it, without damage! I will never go to anyone else now. She really knows her stuff!

In today for a eye brow tidy. I received a lovely warm welcome as always and super service.

Felt very welcomed by both the ladies in the salon upon arrival. Only booked in to have a wash & blow dry but the last was very lovely & chatty. Would definitely recommend this salon.

Amy always does an incredible job of coloring, treating and styling my long, thick hair. I honestly leave feeling transformed every time. She's a miracle worker and a really lovely, warm person too. ❤

Amy kindly offered to do my wedding hair at short notice, after my original hairdresser pulled out. I was absolutely delighted with the style she suggested and then created. Wow! I'm so excited that she's doing my hair on the big day! It looked incredible. The salon was also friendly and warm and very good value. A hidden gem!

This was my first visit to HR Hair and Beauty, and it certainly won’t be my last. They made me feel so special after such a long time without having anything done. The cut was exactly as I wanted and the colour is great. Have already booked again.
