The Reception staff were very friendly and professional. The guy that washed my hair was friendly and professional.
As always Gina did an amazing job with my cut and blow dry. I was going to buy a product, Gina pointed out it was better value to buy the set which was really helpful.

I had Kelly the manager cut my hair and she was so lovely. She cut my hair really well (and it smells great too). I’m always nervous about getting a haircut but she was so nice and had a great conversation with me!

I have awful hair, curly unruly English hair thick at the back fine at the front. Very tricky for most hair dressers! I had my hair cut today and can honestly say after 30 years of nasty cuts Toni and guy Plymouth has made my feel like million dollars. My hair is bloody gorgeous! Can’t stop looking at my hair lol

I have thinning menopausal hair. Its very hard to.make it look good. However, Courtney managed it! I came away, after having quite a lot cut off, feeling as if I had more hair than I came with! Gorgeous highlights and a vet trendy cut.

After trying possibly every hairdressers in the south west I have finally found a stylist I am happy to go back to. Simon was very attentive, has a great eye for detail and gave me exactly what I asked for. Excellent service.

I've been coming to Toni and Guy for the last 30 years. Plymouth is my local for the last 10 years. I'm never disappointed with level of expertise and customer service.

I have been a client for a number of years and am always very pleased with the whole experience and results. You get a warm welcome from the receptionist and the phone is always manned when calling for an appointment. The staff are all totally professional and there is a lovely atmosphere in the salon. Whichever stylist/colourist you have, is focused solely on you and there’s none of the ‘group’ chat which often happens in local salons. The refreshments are very welcome and the massage chairs/head massage are fabulous. The price for such a great experience is good value. Well done to Kelly and the team for providing such an excellent service.

It was rushed, the hairdresser, *****, apparently something to do after doing my hair because everything seemed to be a problem for her. There’s was a miscommunication on how many layers I wanted and when I told her she seemed pretty annoyed about it. My idea was going back another day you dye my hair, but by all means won’t go back there

I have attended T&G Plymouth for many years and today was like all the others. A warm welcome, a relaxing hair wash and head massage followed by an excellent cut by Kelly. It was great to be complimented on my hair later in the day.

As soon as you enter, you are met with an amazing receptionist always a smile ,
The service from wash to finish is an ideal pamper session ,Courtney who cuts/blow drys my hair is a fantastic stylist,could not recommend her more ?

Have used Toni & Guy in Plymouth for over 10 years and have always found them to be very professional. Had a change of hairdresser the last time I went & was extremely impressed so went back to the same young lady again this time - can’t fault the service or the cut I was given - Courtney is a very polite & friendly young lady and despite her being young she clearly has a flair for hairdressing - a superb cut yet again. Would recommend anybody to use her
