Excellent in every way. The waxing was fast, thorough, didn't leave me with odd sticky bits. Maisy really does an excellent job of brow ahaping.

Phoebe is a great stylist who always does an amazing job. She makes me feel valued and comfortable everytime I visit. The shop is very comfortable and clean and the prices are very affordable. I would definitely recommend coming here for a visit.

I’ve been to Phoebe a few times to have my eyebrows tinted and shaped now and she has made them look amazing. She’s always so friendly yet professional - I would very much recommend.

Unsure of the young therapist who did my eyelash tint but she was very professional, respectful and friendly.
I felt totally at ease the whole time. she was very gentle and I would highly recommend her to family and friends. Great result!!

Confession. I mistook my appointment time and arrived 15 minutes late. Maisie was totally unfazed, got everything done calmly and professionally. All treatments were done beautifully.

Maisy was so professional. Very technically good, careful and gentle. My skin looks and feels amazing today! I have a bad back and it is much less tense today too after my massage. It was a bit cold in the room again so I asked Maisy for a towel and she was very accommodating but I think the room needs to be warmer or a thicker blanket needed as I did notice this last time as well. I will definitely come back again.

Popped in for a repeat patch test for an eyebrow tint. Asked if there had been any cancellations or no shows to get my eyebrows waxed, she offered me there and then. Polite, professional and pleased with my wax. Thankyou
