Ellie’s been colouring my hair since she was an apprentice and I saw her on training days. Arrived at the salon in the middle of a rain storm feeling very down and miserable but I was greeted by the very friendly and smiling Chenise who put on my gown and we chatted. Sarah came and use her amazing skills to make me feel and look fabulous. I’m not sure how she does it but my hair colour and whole appearance changed and I felt great. The wonderful Jade kindly washed off my colour and applied the mask to the front section of my hair. She is very professional and friendly and kept my informed at every stage of the process. As always I’m so impressed with the outstanding service from Sarah and all her team at the salon. Abbey very kindly sorted out my appointments for the coming year and was so accommodating she is again very professional and friendly.

I nipped in today for a fringe cut, looking a bit untidy and Abi kindly offered to straighten my hair for me, as she had a bit of time between clients. I walked out feeling a lot more sparkly than when I walked in, and it was a very kind thing to do. Abbey is brilliant, an absolute little treasure and is an asset to the hairdresser branch.
