Had my regular six week cut at the salon, was the usual fantastic service and professionalism I have come to expect from Keith Hall over the years.Special mention to Dena who is always friendly, and professional and offers excellent service and advice whenever I attend.Also the whole salon promotes a wonderful safe and secure environment to relax in and every member of staff is a credit to the salon.

Had another fabulous visit to Sarah and her team. I had a colour put on my roots and a cut and blow dry. Sarah showed me the new ghd cordless straighteners which I am very interested in. The whole experience was fabulous. I felt very relaxed and safe Thank you Sarah you are amazing.

Been going to KH Hair in Ripley for many years I just want to say I went to have a re touch snd trim Ended up having about 6 inches off and sytled into a bob. The hairdresser cut my daughters hair she didn't speak to her the whole time she was there. Made my daughter feel uneasy not very friendly but she was only person available! Wouldn't recommend her.

I attended the salon for a keratin treatment. Dion talked me through the process and explained in detail each step She was polite friendly and extremely professional. She kept me informed at each stage ax to what she was doing and his long each part would take. She checked to make sure I was happy and comfortable. When it came to have my treatment washed off a junior called Amy took me yo tgd bowl and again she was totally professional. She made sure I was sat comfortably and that the water was a temperature suitable for me. She explained what she was going to do and continued to check I was ok. Amazing service and professionalism from both Dion and Amy and the rest of the team. Can’t fault them Sarah has worked so hard to make the salon a safe and relaxing space despite all the regulations due to Covid. Well done. I now have fabulous hair thank you
