Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are absolutely delighted to hear that you are pleased with your restyle and that Danielle provided you with excellent customer service.
Please accept our apologises that the price of your restyle wasn't communicated more clearly. We wrongly assumed when you booked for a dry trim you would realise the cost would be more when you arrived and requested a restyle needing to take more hair off. We will try to make this more transparent for you in future.
Regarding the noise in the salon, thank you for highlighting this to us and we actually have a quiet space in the back of the salon so please feel free to request this for you future appointments.
