I took my granddaughter for a dry trim. She is 14 and very fussy!! Dion asked her how’s much she wanted taking off and other questions to gain a good understanding. Olivia explained she wanted it slightly shorter around her face and Dion completely understood what she wanted. She build up a fabulous rapport with Olivia who absolutely loved her and the hair cut. Dion is amazing. She managed to fit us in at very short notice and went out of her way to make sure Olivia was happy with the result.

Friendly, welcoming, chatty and as always making sure I’m comfortable. My hair is long and curly so it can be quite a challenge for most hairdressers but a wonderful job was done on the colour, cut and styling. A wonderful salon where everyone is lovely and helpful. Thank you!

A pleasure having my hair cut at KH Hair. There is always a pleasant atmosphere. Nicola does a brilliant job of cutting and styling. Great advice, whilst supporting me to try things out. If I end up wanting a change it’s never a reflection on Nicola’s skills. I know I’m just a customer but Nicola makes you feel like a friend. Friendly, interested and skilled!

The Salon was very busy, but I was seated immediately and offered a drink. My hair shampoo and massage was wonderful, and Dion cut my hair beautifully.

I absolutely loved every moment of my experience in the salon. Greeted as soon as I walked through the door, everyone was so friendly. I had messed up my hair pretty bad during lock down, with 1 too many attempts at bleaching, leading to me chopping off my own hair through embarrassment! Dena talked through what we could do to tidy it up and get it looking healthy again and I was not disappointed. Repair shampoo product were used, which smelt amazing. I got ahead massage that I didn't want to end too. Dena took her time tidying up my hair which turned out better than I thought it would. It felt like a very personalised experience and I would definitely recommend Dena to everyone. Thank you all at KH Ripley, I'll be back!

Been going to KH for years at least 40 plus Derby Ilkeston and now Ripley for the last 25 plus. I love going for my hair experience and Dena is absolutely lovely and my hair is cut beautifully. All the ladies are great to speak with. Sarah runs a great team.

I had a cut and blow-dry with Dena, and I'm so pleased with my hair. I've always had issues with my fringe, and have never been able to get a hairdresser to cut it the way I want, but Dena has achieved that for me - it's perfect!?
All in all, I'm really pleased and have already arranged my next appointment with Dena.

Entered the salon feeling dowdy and hair looking dull. I came out with an amazing head of hair full of wonderful colours and feeling a million dollars. Sarah and Dion together suggested different highlights or low lights not sure which I had but I completely trust them both and the result is amazing thank you so much.

After I drunkenly decided to bleach box dye my already dyed brown hair, I genuinely contemplated cutting it all off. It was like yellow straw and my ends were so gross! Luckily Lucie was able to fit me in very last minute for a mask treatment and cut and now my hair is so soft and a lovely ashy blonde. I’m so beyond happy with the service I received. Abbey was so lovely too!

Always look forward to having my hair coloured, cut and blow dried by Lucy. I am 54 this month and my hair is pure white all through due to stress and penepause.
