As usual Lucie was brilliant and on form. She also taught me how to use the cream foam and oil serum she uses on my styling and I bought £30 of Product. Ellie, it has to be said, has BEAUTIFUL hands and having my hair washed and a head massage was a fabulous experience.

I went to the salon feeling old and dowdy and came out feeling a million dollars. Sarah worked her magic on my difficult and sometimes unruly hair and I am thrilled with it. Sarah gave me some advice on products to use and how to manage it myself. It’s amazing. I’m so pleased.

I had really good shampoo and head massage. Dion is meticulous when cutting my hair, which is quite fine. After the dry and style, Dion always rechecks the cut. I am always really pleased with finished result, which maintains it's shape.

Having been a customer at the Keith Hall Salon in Ripley for several years now I just want to say it’s great to get back to normality after Covid.
Having said that - my experience at the salon has always be great - before, during and after Covid.
All the staff are friendly, helpful and take great care to make you feel comfortable and at ease during your visit.
My experience has always been good and working in customer services myself, I have noticed how all the staff are friendly and professional with their clients, offering an ‘all round’ excellent service regarding hair care hair products, colour, styling and more. You have a great team at Ripley.

Lovely warm welcome upon arrival. Just needed hair washed and straightened for evening out. Stylist selected shampoo and conditioner for blonde hair and used smoothing products to help smooth out my curly out. On the whole a lovely relaxing experience.

Dion cut my really lovely yesterday even my husband commented and he never does.
I do think £28 is very expensive for a dry cut that didn’t take any product and very little time. I was very happy with my cut.

As you mentioned, although you have a dry cut which requires no use of products it still takes approximately 30 minutes to provide this service and we try and base our prices on the amount of time it takes to provide a specific service.
Coupled with the fact that we are constantly providing ongoing training to all our team, so that they can provide the best possible service for our clients, which of course comes at a cost to our business.
Finally, as we are sure you will appreciate with the cost of energy prices going up so dramatically and many other factors that are out of our hands, all of these contribute to how we price our services.
