I had a lovely visit and was very pleased with the result as always. Everyone was very pleasant, friendly and professional which can’t be easy in all the PPE. They are all doing a great job to make the customers feel safe and secure in a very difficult time. Looking forward to being able to see your smiling faces again xx

A relaxing hour

Beth was excellent and very professional

I attended the salon for a colour touch up on my parting area of my hair. Sarah asked me how I felt about my hair ( I recently had a keratin treatment ) and I said my head felt so much lighter!! She asked me if I wanted any length taken off and general questions about how I was coping with it We discussed my requirements and Sarah explained she would go and prepare the colour. Throughout the treatment I felt comfortable, safe and each process was explained to me. Sarah is professional , extremely knowledgeable and friendly and it is such a joy to have my hair done at the salon. I always come out feeling like a new woman. I do struggle with my hair but thanks to the expertise of Sarah and her team I am able to cope much better with it. I always ask Sarah for advice on products to use and she will inform me of new products that are available that may suit my hair. I’ve used the products she has recommended and seen a great difference. Thank you Sarah

As usual the saloon was clean and bright. Despite the current situation the staff were their usual cheerful selves.

Extremely polite and professional. Me and my young son went together for our hair cut and both left very happy with our cuts. All staff are lovely and very welcoming. Will be rebooking for the future.

Courteous and professional service. Requested cut and blow online reply at £35:00. Carried out to my expectations. Arrive at till £43:00 to pay. Apparently a re style ? Never discussed this prior. Disappointed with this in my opinion uplift overcharging.

I can’t thank Sarah enough for her kindness and expertise. Sarah has been doing my hair for several years, cuts, colours, restyles, special do’s and my daughters wedding. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with cancer during the lockdown and was told right from the start my treatment would mean I would lose my hair. Desperate to have a hairdressers apt. Sarah rang me when they re opened and was so supportive and understanding and made an apt. with me. Her knowledge and reassure gave me confidence. My treatment started this week and I have an apt with Sarah in a few weeks time, I’m not sure what my hair will be like by then but knowing I’m in good hands is comforting. Thank you so much at this difficult time to Sarah, Amy, Dena and all her wonderful team. xx

Excellent service.

So lovely to get back to some normality. Sarah made a fabulous job of my short hair. The measures in place in the salon were excellent and I felt really safe - from being let in the door, sanitizing my hands, the washing area which had plastic curtains around each basin, which was sanitizer and cleaned between each client, on to the hairdressing station again with plastic curtains between each one. Air con in this really hot heat. Thank you all. You made my experience in these terrifying times a really pleasant one.

First appointment with Amy was a great experience, completely professional and full of great ideas. I can’t wait for the next.

Alwats a pleasure to go to Keith Halls at Ripley. Its like popping in to see friends and have a catch up. While the purpose of the visit is of course having my hair cut this becomes secondary to seeing everyone at the salon.

Lucy is my Hair Dresser at the Ripley Salon. I like how she listens to what you want and her professional manner. I am 53 years old my hair is white underneath. Lucy always does a good job covering my grey roots brown and colouring blonde foils. Always pleased with the cut and result.

Always a lovely experience and Lucy is lovely to talk to whilst she is doing my hair.

Just know Sarah’s going to get it perfect!

I love my hair since ever Dion started treating it. This time we did color and cut .The color is so nice and moisture for my hair.I simply adore it. This time the cut made my hair a bit volumous which is something I am a bit afraid as I have curly hair that lifts up easily but I am sure next time we can get it sorted.

Professional service as always. I felt very safe with all the Covid safety measures implemented, I don’t like wearing a mask but it’s a small price to pay if wearing it means the salon can open up & it keeps us all safe. I love having this treatment, my hair behaves so much better afterwards, no frizz. Dion is lovely.

I had a Keratin treatment (nano) on my hair. It is amazing. Dion explained the whole process step by step so I was fully aware of each part of the process. I felt safe and comfortable. The whole salon has been expertly reconfigured to meet the current safety standards for Covid 19. At no point did I feel stressed by the surroundings only perfectly safe and my needs catered for. All the staff were following the correct protocol with masks on, social distancing and sanitising the equipment after every use. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed and I enjoyed every minute of my treatment. I am very impressed.

So glad KH back in business, been a customer for over 15 years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Nicola is an amazing stylist who did a great job cutting and styling my hair as usual. Can’t fault her.
I didn’t like wearing a mask and I don’t understand why KH Hair are making it mandatory against government rules. I think it’s over the top. Had to come off At the end so she could finish cutting anyway.

So first haircut since lockdown,and the new protocols have bin introduced.How was it ? Well I can happily report that the experience is just as fantastic as its always bin.Wonderful friendly staff,all smiling,exceptional service and first class professionalism.The slight changes were not invasive and never dampened the atmosphere or my overall experience.Well done all of you for making the changes seamless while still maintaining a friendly professional atmosphere.

I have missed visiting the salon, so pleased they are open for business again.
