Excellent service once again and Lucie worked her magic. Superb colour tried something different and I love it as do my family when I walked in.

Brilliant team so friendly and a lovely atmosphere as you walk in x on Beth asking me what she was doing , I shrugged my shoulders as I was unable to put into words what was wrong x
Beth started looking at my hair and knew immediately what was wrong and discussed it with me x she knows me so well and my hair as always looks fantastic x I am able to grow it a little more now ?

Every single time I visit everyone makes me feel welcome, comfortable and well looked after. But the best of all (and I may be biased) is Laura, who goes above every single time I visit to make sure not only that I walk away with beautiful healthy hair but that it suits me. Laura takes her time, is incredibly patient and talented. I always leave with a smile on my face.

I felt really pampered by Dion and the other staff who were very attentive

My 3yr old daughter had her first ever hair cut today - Dena was fantastic and gave her the full hair cut experience, she definitely went above and beyond! My daughter loved it and already wants to go back again. Thank you!

Always a great treat for me and the kids to get our hair done here. We are always made to feel most welcome and I love how Nic has rescued my hair.
There’s just one thing I’d like to suggest if I may, and that’s the music that is played in the background. Perhaps something a little more relaxing like a lofi or chilled hip hop playlist would fit well with the otherwise calm and professional aesthetic of the salon?
On our last visit to the salon on Saturday 8th April the music was a crazy mix of “oldies” I’d never heard of before and screaming hard core rock music! I’d never really noticed the music before on other visits but this confusing mix did stand out to me so much I even mentioned it to my stylist.
But music aside, I highly recommend this salon, the quality of the work done and the customer service is second to none in my opinion. I have never stayed with a single stylist or salon for so long and I intend to stay. Thank you for all your hard work.

Felt like a change after having long hair for a few years. Had hair cut into a lovely bob just as I had asked for. Very happy.

I did not have an appointment. I was luck enough to have a colour touch, wash and blow dry. Dion was very friendly. I am very pleased with my hair.

My visit today was excellent. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful, as I have mobility problems I always appreciate their help in getting through the door! My shampoo and head massage were excellent. Dion, as ever, cut and styled my hair exactly as I wanted it.
