I rang on the off chance that I could have a couple of inches chopped off my long bob as I'd damaged the ends. Lucie managed to fit me in & made me feel welcome. I had really bad condition long hair never wanted to have it cut but was so tempted to go back to my short hair style of my younger days lucie was amazing I love my hair feel younger and more confident and il be coming back to keep my style sharp thanks soooo much :)
