After having a few bad experiences at different hairdressers I decided to try Nicola after recommendations from my sister and a friend. I told her that was nervous ( worse than the dentist actually!) and Nicola made me comfortable and at ease. Took my three year old granddaughter for a hair cut. Danielle was fantastic with her, so calm and patient. Granddaughter magically sat still throughout whilst Danielle carefully and gently cut a few inches of her long hair and chatted to her.
Sarah and Nicky also fussed over the granddaughter and readily accepted ‘stickers’ from her.
