I honestly can’t recommend this salon enough. I went in feeling really nervous—I’ve got long, very curly hair, and after a previous bad experience with a so-called curl specialist, I’d completely lost confidence in getting it cut. I’d always heard that standard hairdressers don’t understand curly hair, so I was expecting the worst.
But from the moment I walked in, all of that changed. The entire team was so warm, welcoming, and professional—they immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Ellie, in particular, was absolutely incredible. She took the time to listen, understood exactly what I wanted, and reassured me throughout the whole process. I decided to go for a much shorter style, which was a big step for me—and I’m so glad I trusted her.
The result completely blew me away. My curls have never looked better, and the cut is just perfect. Ellie is not only extremely talented but also such a genuinely lovely person, which made the whole experience even more special.
If you have curly hair and are feeling unsure, don’t hesitate—this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!
