Sarah has been looking after me and my hair for nearly 30 years. From the moment I walk in I feel like one of the family and know I will be well looked after by everyone from reception to new young recruits, who are so well trained and looked after by Sarah, to Sarah herself. It’s been a pleasure to see many of them grow into excellent stylists themselves. Sarah is not only interested in my hair but me and my welfare and she has listened to my worries and woes over the years, none more so than this year when I have had health problems. Currently waiting for chemo and her advice on dealing with anticipated hair loss has been so supportive. Yesterday’s short cut looks and feels great. My only worry now is that I won’t be needing a hair cut for a while!!! Thank you to ALL the Ripley Keith Hall team.

Fabulous new colour thanks to the expertise of Sarah and Abbey. We discussed the foil colours and Abbey patiently put all 3 colours on. Sarah then cut styled and completed the transformation.
