Fabulous visit to the salon today for a colour update with Sarah. We discussed my thoughts and then I left it to Sarah to sort as I trust her implicitly and she knows what’s best for my hair. Chloe watched intently whilst Sarah applied the colour and asked lots of relevant questions to increase her knowledge. She was very friendly and eager to help and sorted out a drink and magazines for me and said to let her know if I needed anything. A very nice young lady. Lyla washed my colour off and gave a fabulous head massage. She is so lovely very friendly and professional and obviously loves her job and it shows, she’s a credit to the salon and the training she’s had. Overall I had a fabulous visit and all credit to Sarah and her wonderful team. Thank you everyone.

For some reason I thought my appointment was later . Keith Hall rang me up when I should have been at KH. I apologised profusely deeply humble from embarrassment. Danielle made a lovely job of my hair today. I had a root colour, toner and a cut on long hair. Im 59 years of age and my hair is going through alot of hormonal changes.
