My first visit today, I’d booked online yesterday evening, and not expected to get an appointment anytime within the next fortnight, but as the website is kept updated I was able to grab a slot with Amy this morning! The salon was very well presented, clean and all the staff were lovely, I had a brilliant experience and Amy did a beautiful job with my restyle, I had a lot of very thick and long hair and was a little worried that I might be considered a pain in the backside for it, but I wasn’t made to feel an inconvenience at all. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, and the team are clearly very close, one of the team members brought their very new little baby in to meet their colleagues and you could tell they are a real lovely bunch who love their jobs and have a great working relationship too. I’m very happy with the service I received today, and will be rebooking! Thank you ☺️

Today I had a long discussion with Sarah about my concern and problems with my hair. She patiently listened ask direct questions and then gave me her advice which I value as I trust her implicitly with my hair. We decided to cut it shorter fuscussed a keratin treatment and once the colour was in Lyla did a fabulous job washing off the colour adding a treat ment and giving a fabulous head massage. She is very friendly and polite whilst remaining professional. All the staff greet the clients with a smile and a friendly greeting. Amy commented on how nice my hair looked whilst I lay for the visit. Sarah has a fabulous team and should be very proud of each one of them. I came away feeling wonderful even though it was pouring with rain. Thank you to you all.
