My little escape every couple of months. From the warm welcome at reception to the juniors that wash hair to my main stylist & the other stylists that are equally as friendly. I cannot rate them enough….keep doing what you do KH Long Eaton.

Fab! Just what I wanted and looks great!

All so thoroughly streamlined and organised. Arrived a bit early, checked in and a young lady brought me tea. Quickly followed by Carly taking me through. She does instill a lot of confidence of what we’re doing, and happy to discuss what your requirements are, while at the same time, proffering her thoughts and direction to get the desired outcome. Then lovely Niamh came, took the colour through to the ends and after 10 minutes came to take for hair washing. Very easy to talk with and have a chat. Over to Adam, feel like I’ve never left. He’s so particular and it’s almost as if he goes through every strand, terrific to be on the receiving end , knowing that he’s taking his time, no rushing to get you in-out. Clearly happy to get my thoughts but equally happy to say if he’s a better idea. Very comfortable to be with whilst the ‘job’ gets done, easy to go with the flow of conversation, covering a myriad of topics. So delighted I’m here terrific end result all round. Thankyou.

To Adam and your Team, from Audrey, Carly, and the lovely young lady who washed my hair, brought me tea and magazines and lifted my handbag off the floor and placed it on a chair(“to stop hair going all over it”), what a fulfilling, satisfying and rewarding couple of hours I spent at Keith Hall Salon, Long Eaton, in you care. It was a complete changeover for me from Salon, Stylist and location. From the moment I contacted your Salon and Adam answering the ‘phone, to coming in and being met at Reception by Adam and Audrey, then being shown to Carly for a skin test and discussion about colour, to making an Appointment with Audrey, it was a very reassuring visit. Appointment day itself was amazing, the colour put in by Carly was absolutely spot on, which I was totally blown away by. The young lady who brought tea and hair washed , was so caring, and then finally Adam. What can I say except when I looked through the mirror at him thoughtfully moving my hair about, I just got that overwhelming feeling that ‘yes I’m in the right chair at the right place. I was more than satisfied with Adam many years before and even more satisfied the second time around. It was a totally uplifting couple of hours spent for me, especially walking out with Strawberry blonde hair, what more can I say. Thankyou for making my transition such a happy satisfying occasion. Usual standard of service from Adam and the team, great atmosphere and conversations, also enjoyed the tunes in the salon today. I love the way Adam just does his magic with my hair.
