Given appointment on same day I rang with the stylist requested. Seen downstairs as I have mobility issues.
Seen on time and with excellent result.

Second time with Judith.
I wanted it slightly different this time and she did exactly as I asked with a couple of bits of advice thrown in ???‍♀️

Wasn’t quite sure what I could do with my lifeless hair, so trusted Judith to work some magic and she delivered. Very happy with the experience and outcome.

Amazing service! I had a luxury treatment with Grace and then a cut an blow with Judith. Could not find a fault with these 2 ladies! Absolutely amazing. I love my new hair and will definitely be returning. I’ve found my hair salon for life! Thank you so much girls!! X

Anna (and the team) know what I like and I’m always pleased with the results. Keeping it short now as it’s so much easier to maintain. They advise what will and won’t suit me and it’s always a pleasant experience at KH hair. Experienced and confident staff and I know I’m in good hands. I felt safe that salon is clean and sanitised and not overcrowded. They always get back to me if can’t take a call when I ring. This is why I always return. It’s just a really great and well-managed salon and walking distance from my home.

I wanted a change in hair colour so Amy took time to discuss tone and style of cut with me and following a really relaxing hair wash and then cut and blow dry I was really pleased with result.

In short..... professional and always delivers an amazing haircut and blow dry. Wouldn't go anywere else. ?

I have been having my hair done by Hayley for years now. I moved to Lincoln and decided to try a few different salons, but wasn’t impressed with any of them! I now travel back to Ilkeston to get my hair done by Hayley because I can’t find anyone better! Honestly, the best hairdresser around!!!

Really nice and welcoming salon, service is excellent and I always leave a happy customer.

As always, Nicky was excellent. My hair looks great and I absolutely trust any advice she gives me.

Absolutely love coming to get my hair done by Hayley.

Had a colour , a scattering of bleached highlights and a cut and blow dry. Very happy with my hair but what was really nice was the consultation before Nicky started to cut my hair she took the time to really talk about how I like to wear it .Very happy with the result and booked in again for a retouch in 5 weeks time.

Hayley took the time to help and give advice as I was nervous and had no idea of what I wanted. I was so happy with what we decided and loved the end product. She was so friendly and made it a great experience!

My mummy loves my new haircut! She says it’s perfect! Everyone keeps saying how handsome I look! Judith is always so kind and patient with me (and my cousins’) even when we won’t stop fidgeting!

Thank you so much for sorting out my lockdown hair colour!! I received amazing service looking after the health of my hair (as I’d ruined it) but still being able to go lighter. Jo even stayed late to finish styling my hair and gave me some samples so I can look after my hair at home. Thank you to the technician (really sorry I thought your name was Ellie) you looked after me so well and was very informative on the products you was using. Also a thank you to the receptionist for waiting for me to be finished. Excellent service all round!!

First hair cut after lockdown! Got the usually very friendly welcome - good to see everyone at the salon again. Felt extremely safe with Covid procedures introduced.
