My appointment was not straightforward as there was a time mix up but everyone was very helpful as ever and they suggested another stylist if Jo could not fit me in. Jo was great and I love the final look. Keep up the good work all the Team.

Nicky always listens to how I want my hair, and advises accordingly. She is polite helpful and talented. I’m always very satisfied when she has styled my hair.

Always polite friendly professional and great experience.Have recommended to friends and family.My friend has now joined the salon !

I have been going to Hayley at Kieth Hall for many years. Hayley has always been attentive and listened to what I want and advised me accordingly. All the staff are welcoming and can never do enough for you.

Great cut, took max 40 mins however booked a new client cut and blow dry for £34 and was charged £44.

Actually listened to what I wanted ,which is what I have been looking for ,I'm new to the area so I have been asking around and reading reviews on hairdressers in the ilkeston area ..I'm very happy with my new hair cut

Hayley did exactly what I asked her to and made me feel great. She was friendly and gave helpful advice. The whole experience was a real treat.

Brilliant my hair has never looked this good

Judith was, as always, polite, courteous and thoroughly professional. She takes the time to understand what I need and then uses her great skill and flair to curve it; I am never disappointed. Maureen is an amazingly well organised and thoughtful receptionist - she went the extra mile to find me an umbrella after the appointment.

First visit to KH Ilkeston. Hit it off with Judith from the moment she introduced herself. Told her what I wanted and she did exactly that. Absolutely brilliant. Will definitely be back for more of the same.

Jo created a lovely soft 'updo', that both made me feel lovely and sat under my hat. It was secure but gently put together. I can't wait for the real day!

Having social anxiety and having not been to the salon or had a haircut in general for almost 2 years I was in a bit of a nervous state to say the least. I’m also totally clueless when it comes to hair and never know what to ask for or what would suit me! I explained all my concerns to Hayley and asked for her advice and opinions and she was so lovely and helpful, I felt very at ease during the entire time I was with her and she made my hair look and feel amazing. Fantastic experience and I shall definitely be booking in with her again… sooner than 2 years this time! ?

From checking in at reception and meeting stylist, Hayley, I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Hayley took time to discuss what I wanted and how to achieve it. And I was absolutely delighted with the result, I left the salon walking on air! Great experience!
