Today I was treated by Lucy and Lisa. I'm not usually comfortable in a salon environment so was a bit nervous but Lucy and Lisa were absolutely lovely and put me at ease straight away. They were both very pleasant and more than happy to discuss the treatments with me. I will definitely be keeping up the HD brows and plan to treat myself to another massage at Beauty Matters very soon. Thanks Ladies for a lovely experience x

Love going to this salon! Recently had a course of Caci jowl lift treatments. Staff are brilliant, especially Sharon who is so friendly,professional and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond in her approach and made sure that the treatment was tailored to my needs. I also had sessions with Lisa, Sarah and Natalie all of whom were equally great. Im very happy with the improvements the treatment has made and would like to thank the lovely ladies involved, not forgetting Georgia on reception who is so friendly and helpful.

Excellent friendly service, I’m very happy with the correction of my eyebrows, originally they were uneven and patchy and grey strands were appearing, very long and course, thanks to Sharon and the team I now have fuller eyebrows with natural colour and evenly shaped. I am really pleased with the results.
