I’ve been going to beauty matters for a while to have my nails done with Kelcey. Shes is an absolute genius at what she does !!! She is amazing .Beauty matters as a whole is welcoming, the girls make you feel comfortable and settled. It’s like going to meet the girls for a catch up ?

Kelsey is just marvellous - could not recommend her and all the ladies at Beauty Matters.

All the Lades are fabulous, so friendly and welcoming. The treatments are amazing and nothing is too much trouble.

Liisa does an amazing job everytime and is so lovely to talk to as well as the other staff. From the moment you enter, you feel like you are in the right place to get your treatments, feel so relaxed. Really friendly faces and I get great treatment every time.

I can’t rate everyone at beauty matters highly enough!! Liisa did my nails again today. I hadn’t managed to take the last lot of gel off my nails before the appointment. I felt really bad about this as I had said that I would make sure I took it off before the appointment, however, everyone was incredibly professional and really lovely towards me, despite causing them extra work when time was already short. Despite having to squeeze in taking my existing gels off, Liisa was still as professional as always and her attention to detail is above and beyond! She’s so thorough and precise! I would absolutely recommend beauty matters to anyone and would highly recommend Liisa. I’ve only been to Liisa, but the other staff members all look as professional and friendly as she is.

Had a wonderful experience today with my 9 yr old daughter. The lady who pierced my daughter’s ears was so patient with us, didn’t rush us and was so kind to my daughter.

Love coming to the salon its friendly and welcoming. My eyebrows look amazing! So pleased with them. Sarah has done a brilliant job.?

Amazing as always, they even stayed open later to do my nails, which meant Sarah going home late, but you would never have known still smiling and happy

I’m not overly keen in going into beauty places but feel so at home who ever is my therapist etc. I don’t go too regularly mainly at holiday times and important occasions but treated the same as their regulars.

I absolutely love my classic eyelashes. I was blown away when I first saw them. I’ve had them now for nearly 2 weeks and I still love them. I’m looking forward to going forth and having infills etc.
I’ve had cheaper eyelashes before and was so disappointed so even though these are more expensive I believe it’s good value for such beautiful lashes.
Sharon was lovely and very competent and deft at her job so I thank her the most.

Nails look great as usual. Lucy always does a good job and they always lat a long time when Lucy does them.

Kelsey knocked it out the park as usual, no request is too much and we always have a laugh? cannot recommend enough!!
