What a lovely few hours I’ve just had. Full massage, eyebrow shape and facial. Ladies are very talented, cozy warm room, comfortable bed. I felt I was walking on air when I eventually managed to get off the bed. Beautiful products used too. Thank you so much

Been a customer for many years - salon is welcoming, clean, offers extensive treatments. All staff extremely friendly.
I had the February offer of full body massage, facial and eyebrow tidy. Two and half hours of pure relaxation.

Totally recommend this pedicure absolutely amazing. Feet feel like a million dollars afterwards.

Kelcey has done a few of my spray tans now and i always make sure i ask for her when booking. She’s super friendly, professional and always asks me what kind of colour i’m after, she also makes sure there are no streak/drip marks once finsihed.

Once again my eyebrows look amazing. I am so pleased with my eyebrows since ive been coming to Sarah she has waxed and shaped them brilliantly. Also love coming to the salon its so friendly.?

Had my nails filed and polished with Kelcey who did a great job. Treated myself to a gel nail polish with Lucy really pleased with the finish. Having eyebrows shaped this week. Many more treatments available here too always my first choice of salons in Mickleover. Highly recommend Beauty matters

I was recently recommended this salon as wanted some thread veins looked at. Never been here before so had no preconceived ideas as to how it would be. Incredibly surprised on my first visit- owner Natalie was very welcoming and put me at ease. Treatment went like a dream. As my normal beauty therapist was on maternity leave it seemed easier to have other treatments done here and I could not have been happier. ALL staff are lovely and make you feel confiydent and happy. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a salon for any procedure at all - nails skin care or massage. Very good indeed.

Visited regularly for 5 years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thoroughly recommend a visit to friend salon, competent staff , reasonable price, relaxing environment and experience.

Both Georgia and Lucy were amazing. Very professional, perfectionists and lovely girls. I think I ended up with the wrong colour on my toes though? Looks very brown rather than orangey.

Service, staff, atmosphere, procedures all excellent. Warm greeting on arrival, acknowledged by any passing staff.. price very reasonable and ever made to feel being rushed. Calm and relaxing.

This salon has been my go to place for treatments for many years.
