Mixed experience. Was kept waiting over 10 mins then given a different beautician from one booked. Pedicure well done except for an over enthusiastic rub with file that has made side of my toe sore.

I spent a very enjoyable 5 and a half hours at Beauty Matters today.
All my treatments, nails, facial and waxing were all carried out fluidly with no waiting in between, and beautifully done.
All the staff are so friendly and helpful and make all their clients feel special and valued.

Very professional, very polite, nothing too much. Really felt pampered and rested having my nails done.
A bit pricey, but prices have to go up due to energy price rises, so not complaining

I took my daughter (aged 14) for her first full leg wax. The staff were brilliant and took it very slowly, asking her if she was ok every few minutes. The beautician was also very chatty with her - which helped put my daughter at ease. I think it took them longer than usual because they were so careful with her, doing smaller areas -rather than full strips. Yet they still discounted the cost as being 14 she didn’t want her bikini done. I’d definitely recommend Beauty Matters for any other Mums wanted to ensure their teen girls are taken care of well and receive a quality service.

Such a happy place always made to feel welcome & such friendly staff that are very helpful.
