I forget my stylists name? She knows im a little scatty😂. Had a fantastic experience with her. She’s so professional and of course friendly. Chatted step by step what she has in mind after a long chat about my ‘hair’ history. Was lovely to talk to. Loved the outcome. It was nicer than I thought it would be… she gave me excactly what we discussed. The colour was stunning and how she managed to make a modern style with the bleached , green, broken, snapped hair I came in was a bonus for me. I get asked where I get it done from, I can answer the salon name but I would love to me reminded of the stylists name please?
Love the place too.. it feels very different from anywhere else, so glam but relaxing xx

Really good service. Reagan spoke through every step so I knew what was happening. She did an amazing job at starting to remove 5+ years of BLACK box dye keeping the full health of my hair which was my main aim!

Both myself and my teenage daughter have had our hair done my Chelsea. Fab service and fab venue. Love it 🙌🏼

I first came to Gemma in June last year and have continued coming to her ever since, she’s fab! She always takes time to fully understand what it is that you’re after, making sure you’re 100% happy before she makes a start on your hair which I really appreciate. Not only is Gemma amazing at hair, she’s just so lovely to catch up with 🥰 the salon is also gorgeous, which makes it feel like even more of a luxury!

First time at the salon here , and who I had was amazing , she was friendly , and she kept making sure of what I wanted and the final result , she made me feel beautiful in a few hours not felt this way in a long time so thank you to the beautiful lady I had I didn't catch name but thank you so much for making me feel beautiful even if its just for a few hours ... x 💗
