I’m so happy with my hair! After years of not being listened to at various places and then being scared to find a new hairdresser to finding one and being stung yet again… I’m so glad I’ve finally found Gemma, I’ve now seen her 3 times and she initially colour corrected a previous hairdressers mistakes and has since coloured and cut it twice, EXACTLY how I wanted it. I’m over the moon with it. The salon is beautiful, staff are all friendly, it’s a lovely atmosphere, I sit and read a book while I wait for my colour to develop and I just look forward to it so much! Just perfect all round, thank you so much.

I called to make you aware you had booked someone under my details (email, contact number and name and possible address) as I'm aware. I was told this would be changed but you keep sending me notifications via email and phone for another client. I have been to your salon before but I'm a little worried that my details are currently being breached due to my details being used for another clients?

Gemma is always lovely and I trust her implicitly to offer me great advice on both my colour and cut, and I always feel amazing when I leave the salon.

Since moving back to chesterfield 2 years ago Feathers is my fourth salon I’ve visited and I’ve finally found ‘the one’
I desperately needed my previous poorly cut hair sorting out and Reagan did a fantastic job looking at the previous cut and working out how to fix the problem whilst also making sure I would be happy with the end result.
Can’t fault the salon at all; it’s aesthetically pleasing, clean, cool with a great relaxed vibe. I’ll definitely keep returning.
I enter feeling like a run down tired mum and leave feeling like myself and fab!

Sara was amazing! She was professional, friendly, and took the time to help me come up with a plan for my new style and colour. I felt really listened to, and I'm so pleased with the advice and results. I would definitely recommend Sara to anyone looking for a talented and knowledgeable hairdresser.

Chelsea’s is so friendly and professional I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She does both mine and my daughter’s hair and always works to the highest of standards. The salon is beautiful and always has a calming atmosphere.

There isn’t anything more I could ask of Chelsea. I started coming to her for my hair over a year ago after having less pleasant experiences elsewhere, she has gained my complete and utter trust . She makes sure to understand what I want, and colours/cuts my hair exactly that way. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

As usual Reagan does an amazing customised service where she explains my options and makes me feel comfortable in the chair. She always produces amazing results and makes me feel like a whole new woman walking out the doors

After a disappointing experience at another salon, I booked with Sara to correct both my colour and cut. She completely transformed my hair! She listened carefully to everything I wanted, explained what she was doing, and took so much care with both the colour and the cut. The result is exactly what I'd hoped for – healthy, beautiful hair that I absolutely love. Sara is incredibly talented, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I forget my stylists name? She knows im a little scatty😂. Had a fantastic experience with her. She’s so professional and of course friendly. Chatted step by step what she has in mind after a long chat about my ‘hair’ history. Was lovely to talk to. Loved the outcome. It was nicer than I thought it would be… she gave me excactly what we discussed. The colour was stunning and how she managed to make a modern style with the bleached , green, broken, snapped hair I came in was a bonus for me. I get asked where I get it done from, I can answer the salon name but I would love to me reminded of the stylists name please?
Love the place too.. it feels very different from anywhere else, so glam but relaxing xx

Really good service. Reagan spoke through every step so I knew what was happening. She did an amazing job at starting to remove 5+ years of BLACK box dye keeping the full health of my hair which was my main aim!

Both myself and my teenage daughter have had our hair done my Chelsea. Fab service and fab venue. Love it 🙌🏼
