I walked in looking like I’d lost a fight with a hedge trimmer and walked out looking like a functioning member of society. Absolute wizard with scissors. Listens, laughs, and somehow knows what I want even when I don’t. 10/10

Gemma is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you sit in her chair, you feel listened to and completely at ease. She takes the time to understand exactly what you want and offers thoughtful advice that always leads to beautiful results. Her attention to detail, skill, and genuine care really set her apart. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy with my hair. I couldn’t recommend Gemma highly enough, she’s a true professional and a joy to visit every time.

I had a wonderful first-time experience at the salon, thanks to Raegan. I went in for a hair colour and cut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Raegan clearly explained every step of the process before starting, which made me feel very comfortable and confident. She was extremely patient, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. My requirements were understood perfectly, and she gave honest advice that suited my hair type and expectations.

The colour turned out beautiful, and the cut was done with great precision. Overall, it was a very pleasant and professional experience. I highly recommend Raegan to anyone looking for a hairstylist who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning!

I had a colour consultation with Reagan and then attended for a cut style and full head colour.
She knew exactly what I wanted (even when I didn't!) and has given me a lovely copper colour ready for Christmas party season.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a salon, 100% worth the money I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in not only the best hairstylists but the best coffee too. The head massage I had while I had my hair washed was amazing!

Absolutely love my hair, never know exactly what I want but Chelsea always gets it right. She’s been doing my hair for years and seen my colour changes. She always advises me right and like today, makes it look fabulous.

Grey blending totally exceeded my expectations! My hair looks like it grew this way, Reagan was lovely and explained the whole process.

Came to this salon a few months ago and discussed with Terri how to get away from the bleached blonde hair I currently had. She put together a plan of action as we knew it would take some time to get there. Had my 3rd appointment today and she completely nailed what I wanted. She really listens to what you want and gives suggestions as to how to achieve it. Each appointment has seen an improvement but today was the icing on the cake!

My third visit to Feather & Fern, and I am always impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere. Sara is helping me find a new style whilst maintaining an amazing look. Her knowledge of colour is outstanding and the number of comments on my cut is a clear indication of her creativity. I cannot recommend both the salon and Sara enough. Genuinely, my new 'happy' place.

My whole experience was a welcoming and excellent one. The service Raegan provided was above and beyond. I’m really happy with the end result (I went from blonde to brown). I was at ease the entire time and made very comfortable. I loved the recommendations she gave me throughout the appointment.

Sara is actually amazing - I have an exceptionally awkward full fringe which is a nightmare to cut, Sara does a fantastic job and my hair has honestly never looked so good! The salon itself is lovely, really cosy vibes and the team are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Hands down the best salon I've ever been to.

Emma made me feel very comfortable from the start. I'm so.pleased with my cut, exactly how I wanted it doing. Beautiful salon and top products.

Had my hair coloured here a couple of months ago and returned today for my roots. I have left with shiny hair each time and am surprised at how much a difference it has made to my hair just having the roots done today. I am over the moon with my results. Kerry also managed to fit me in at late notice which is much appreciated. A nice iced coffee on arrival and the most beautiful decor with a range of magazines. Prices are also very competitive which is surprising when you see how stunning and high end the salon is! I think it would be hard to find a better salon than this in our area.

Im a very satisfied customer

When I moved to chesterfield, it took me a while to find a new hairdressers. Somewhere I felt comfortable and somewhere I felt confident in. This salon and Chelsea are exactly that for me. I am able to let go of the reins and Chelsea always makes me feel 10 feet taller than when I walked through the door.
