I just called in to enquire if they just trimmed a fringe, lovely lady said yes take a seat (wasn’t expecting that) she trimmed my fringe just the way I like it, I then went to the counter to pay and she said no that's fine (did not expect that) what fantastic and refreshing customer service. I absolutely love my new hair and it really is the best cut I’ve had in years.
Ellie-Mae was great, listened to what I wanted and really made it perfect.
I managed to book an appointment for the same day. The stylist Stacey was so lovely! She made me feel very comfortable and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be back and will be recommending!

I really enjoyed my first experience in this salon today, from the initial greeting to the end I was so impressed, all the staff were so welcoming and friendly and Ellie was so accommodating and attentive and she listened to what I wanted and gave me good advice aswell 😁 I was also very impressed that the staff were also giving each other advice, such a lovely atmosphere and I can’t wait to go back 😁
Not sure if i have the right helen but helen with the dark hair is amazing! I alway look forward to my hair cut as i feel so relaxed and welcome there by all the staff and they are all so nice, ella is great to! My hair always look great for weeks after.

From my initial consultation to colour, cut and blow dry/curl, my experience has been nothing but excellent and very professional. I arrived with ideas of colour, however my hair was not in the best condition and Stacey and Ellie showed care and gave realistic expert advice about steps needed to achieve the colours I wanted. First stop is to get my hair into good condition, which I have to say feels amazing after my 1st visit. The colour looks fabulous too and SO much better than it was. I cannot recommend Ellie, Stacey and the salon enough. A lovely treat and can't wait for my next appointment 😊
