I really enjoyed my first experience in this salon today, from the initial greeting to the end I was so impressed, all the staff were so welcoming and friendly and Ellie was so accommodating and attentive and she listened to what I wanted and gave me good advice aswell 😁 I was also very impressed that the staff were also giving each other advice, such a lovely atmosphere and I can’t wait to go back 😁
Not sure if i have the right helen but helen with the dark hair is amazing! I alway look forward to my hair cut as i feel so relaxed and welcome there by all the staff and they are all so nice, ella is great to! My hair always look great for weeks after.

From my initial consultation to colour, cut and blow dry/curl, my experience has been nothing but excellent and very professional. I arrived with ideas of colour, however my hair was not in the best condition and Stacey and Ellie showed care and gave realistic expert advice about steps needed to achieve the colours I wanted. First stop is to get my hair into good condition, which I have to say feels amazing after my 1st visit. The colour looks fabulous too and SO much better than it was. I cannot recommend Ellie, Stacey and the salon enough. A lovely treat and can't wait for my next appointment 😊

I am very happy, as always, with my salon experience and haircut by Helen. Although there was a suspicious attempt on my life with a new volumizer, dry cleaning product, but I survived.

This was a last minute appointment for a wash and blow dry. Very nice salon, staff were very friendly, I’m unsure which Helen I had, but whichever one it was was very nice! Would definitely go back.

It’s never about the money, and always about the customer. Stacey always considers budget and any medical issues that can affect hair and whenever I visit my Francesco Family, I know that I am going to be pampered and spoilt - a true customer experience that I will enjoy time and time again.
