On my first visit, six months ago, Tony completely understood my hair requirements for short silver hair for a "Wash and Go" style after lake swimming. The first cut was fabulous and each visit there's improvement, fine tuning. The style looks after itself and is stylish and contemporary.

As a regular user of this busy, high street establishment, I have come to expect nothing but quality of service and professionalism and am never disappointed.

Phoebe with assistance from Tony, washed, cut and blow dried my hair. I love the way phoebe has cut my hair, and listened to my likes and dislikes. Tony advised and made suggestions, since other stylists in the past, have found my hair difficult to cut into a style which enables me to manage myself.

Have been having my hair cut and highlighted with Marie for over 15 years and she all ways cuts my hair just how I like it and highlights it beautifully would not go any were else

Nice welcome by Jade and Pheobe including offer of a drink. Good chat with Pheobe whilst having hair washed. Jade and I then talked about what was to be done and the job commenced. Had a good chat whilst hair was cut along with questions like how much shall be taken off here. Ended up with the hair looking much better and a helpful brush down around the face after eyebrow trim.

It was my first trip to the salon and Hollie was very nice and made me feel at ease,she really listened to me when I explained how I wanted my hair,I couldn't be happier with the result and I will be visiting again in future.Thank you!

Always a warm welcome from the whole team at The Salon, Jade’s colour expertise is second to none, every member of staff is polite, friendly, genuine & committed to making the client experience 10/10. Without a doubt the best salon in Ulverston. They raise the bar for other salons in the north west. I look forward to my visit for weeks in advance.

I have long hair that hadn’t been cut in a while - had my first wash, cut and blow dry today at the salon. Fantastic service, exactly what I wanted and great value too! Already booked in for a wash and style next week for a wedding, something I would never usually do!

I saw a sign outside the salon asking for hair models and ended up having an appointment with Phoebe. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and The Salon. While she may only be training she was lovely, professional already and listened to me before we agreed on a style. Tony watched her work every now and then and gave her positive, constructive feedback throughout my appointment. I walked in feeling like rubbish as my hair was a mess and I left feeling amazing. I will certainly be back for my next appointment soon.

Jade is excellent. There are very few people who can handle my hair and I always feel great after Jade does my hair. Thank you Jade.
