I always feel so comfortable walking into the salon. All the girls are so welcoming and Nicola always does a fantastic job of my colour/cut and finish!

This was my second haircut with Nina, rebooked after a full head of highlights and restyle in October. I moved to Kendal recently from London and it was really important to me to find a hairdresser that listened to me and I could trust.
I’ve had so many compliments on my hair over the last few months and the way she applied the colour meant it grew out beautifully. Nina is so talented and I particularly appreciate that she works around me as her client, both with my hair (knowing I’m a pretty low maintenance person who isn’t going to come back every month or spend hours styling it) and as I sit hunched over my laptop in the salon while she works away!
Nina is a delight to spend time with and I know I’ll be coming back to see her for years to come. Thank you!

Popped into the salon without an appointment Georgia managed to fit me in.

What a great cut, done by a fab stylist but also treated so well by the staff from the girl who took my coat to the girl who washed my hair. The staff are so kind and helpful.

The thing I like most about visiting Jo & Cass and haircut by Nicola, is I can always relax and know she will do a great haircut.

Shout out to Lauren who did an incredible job with my cut and colour. And to the younger girl who washed my hair (didn't get a name, had blonde highlights on top and dark brown underneath) for her amazing hands, the process and massage was so relaxing!

This style is a new one for me, Mel did a fabulous job at achieving it. I have a double crown in my hair, which makes cutting and shaping more difficult.

Amy always makes you feel good and special. Really do not like the new full length mirrors.

Nina isn't on the list of names, but was instantly welcoming, professional and listened really well to what I liked. She looked after me very well, including getting me a neck cushion at the sink. I had one of the nicest hair appointments I've ever had, and after a baby, they don't happen often! We had a really good chat throughout and Nina was so knowledgeable and made my hair look and feel fantastic. She even spent time at the end of the appointment advising me on hair products I could use. I am so happy with cut and colour and will definitely be returning to Nina next appointment. Thank you so much Nina! About 5 compliments already at work this morning haha.
