I just walked in no appointment and was seen straight away. Got my hair washed and a cold rinse which was amazing not to mention the massage chair. Coby i think her name was she did a great job on my hair very straight just the way I like it.

Brilliant with my son, asked him about what he would like and if it was okay to cut a certain part was brilliant with him and he is very unsure about certain people cutting his hair but said he would like Sarah to cut his again

I had my first visit here yesterday, 27th August 2024 with my 9year old grandaugher.
This was a great experience for us both. The staff are welcoming & friendly. The saloon is clean & bright (plus a good vibe inside).
I got an appointment on the day which was a treat for my granddaughter. With a junior stylist who was patient & chatted to Ruby & asked her questions about her hair (my grandaugher) & not me - as it should be. Ruby is still talking about her clean scalp & also the hot chocolate.

Lynsey is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. She takes time to listen to what you want, give me ideas and you never feel rushed.

Been a few times and always walked away very happy but today I had to go with a different stylist and I was very let down by the outcome. The girl that done my hair was so so lovely and very friendly. Although I was taken straight to the sink no mini consultation, I wasn’t asked what way I would like my hair cut, wasn’t thinned even though I had mentioned I needed my extremely thick hair thinned and I wasn’t asked if I wanted my hair curled or straight. So as my thick hair was just straightened it was just frizz and had no shape whatsoever. I could have cried leaving and was so disappointed especially after the great experiences I’ve had before in this salon. Junior or senior stylist for the price I was expecting more
