Sorry for not leaving review on previous occasions but just want to say that my experience today was lovely as always. Debbie always does my hair perfectly, she’s very good and always gives helpful advice when I ask questions. Moved to the area a few years ago and it took a while to find a good hairdresser, so please don’t ever leave Debbie :-)

Had highlights and a new hairstyle. Both look great thanks to Ruth.

Lily doesn't appear on the drop down list, but she cut my hair beautifully!

Have been having my haircut by Linda for many years now. She is excellent. I have curly hair and it is amazing how many hairdressers cannot cut curls. Linda is very good at her job. Also she is friendly and very easy to talk to.

From start to finish the experience is fab. My stylist makes me feel welcome and makes such an amazing job of my hair.

Donna always gives a lovely welcome. Professional, yet makes you feel happy and relaxed throughout treatments. I have had nails and eyelashes done lots of times always perfect. Fair prices for a top salon. X

I haven't used this salon before but they squeezed me in for gel removal with Donna who was friendly and welcoming. She also advised on aftercare. I will go back.

From the moment I walked in I felt rushed. I started explaining what it was I wanted and got cut off for her to say yes okay I get it. She then started cutting my hair at speed without thinking about what I had asked so I had to interrupt to get her to cut it shorter like I had asked. Then the blowdry felt really rushed where I was stabbed in the eye by the brush (she didn't acknowledge or apologise, my head was yanked backwards when she got my hair tangled in the brush and she burnt my scalp with the hairdryer. She didn't even finish the face shaping (I think she forgot) but I was so close to tears I just left without saying anything as I felt so uncomfortable. For the awful experience it was an absolute waste of my money. She did all this in 30 minutes when I had a 45 minute appointment so I definitely did not need to be treated so rushed. Will not be returning or recommending

I came in unsure what exactly I wanted but left with the perfect hair, Jess did an amazing balayage and I’ve never been happier! She was lovely, made me feel comfortable and I absolutely love my hair so will definitely be back?

I booked in on the off chance of getting an appointment. I was made to feel very welcome and made at ease by Cheryl . I am please with the result, my eyes didn't sting and the tint was easily cleaned off my lashes with no "black eye effect". Really pleased with the result. Thank you.

Rebecca was amazing, really friendly and made really comfortable from the start. She knew exactly how to cut my hair and did an amazing job. I could have fell asleep when she was washing it as it was so relaxing. She made sure I knew what she was doing the whole time and asked lots of questions on what i wanted my hair routine to be and what it was now. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, I will definitely be back and have already been recommending Rebecca to friends and family ?

Ruth is such a lovely person and i always love my hair when i leave the salon ruth took me from blonde 2 brown 5 years ago and i havent looked back she always asks me if im still happy with my colour and i am sometimes i mix it up a bit and have red bits or blonde bits put in i wud never go any where else
