I was happy with my cut & blow-dry on Saturday with Linda, who has been my hairdresser at Regis, Fenwicks for more than two decades. Need I say more😊👍

Blown away by the colour Debbie has achieved on my very over processed hair! I can’t thank her enough, especially as it was my first time back in a salon after a long time. Debbie was so thorough with the consultation and explained everything so I could understand. Debbie helped me feel so at ease. I was blown away by the end result. So happy thank you x

Booked in for a last minute blow dry as going to a wedding that afternoon. . Many years since I’ve been to the salon. I Was met by very friendly staff on reception and Sharon immediately took me to her workstation and was so friendly and polite and put me at ease. I have long and thick hair She was so good and checked with me as to how I liked my hair done etc. she gave me a good hair wash and my blow dry was fab and hair looked so sleek and shiny. I was over the moon , thank you Sharon and happy new year

Julie is a good hairdresser ..she is friendly and very helpful ,and I am always pleased with the results.

Donna is always excellent I never had any complaints, she gives very good advice too.

Jessica did my hair beaitifully and was very helpful.

Angela B is the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to. She is so professional and highly skilled and so very experienced. I come to the salon only because of her. You are very lucky to have her in your salon.

Sorry for not leaving review on previous occasions but just want to say that my experience today was lovely as always. Debbie always does my hair perfectly, she’s very good and always gives helpful advice when I ask questions. Moved to the area a few years ago and it took a while to find a good hairdresser, so please don’t ever leave Debbie :-)

Had highlights and a new hairstyle. Both look great thanks to Ruth.

Have been having my haircut by Linda for many years now. She is excellent. I have curly hair and it is amazing how many hairdressers cannot cut curls. Linda is very good at her job. Also she is friendly and very easy to talk to.

I haven't used this salon before but they squeezed me in for gel removal with Donna who was friendly and welcoming. She also advised on aftercare. I will go back.

From the moment I walked in I felt rushed. I started explaining what it was I wanted and got cut off for her to say yes okay I get it. She then started cutting my hair at speed without thinking about what I had asked so I had to interrupt to get her to cut it shorter like I had asked. Then the blowdry felt really rushed where I was stabbed in the eye by the brush (she didn't acknowledge or apologise, my head was yanked backwards when she got my hair tangled in the brush and she burnt my scalp with the hairdryer. She didn't even finish the face shaping (I think she forgot) but I was so close to tears I just left without saying anything as I felt so uncomfortable. For the awful experience it was an absolute waste of my money. She did all this in 30 minutes when I had a 45 minute appointment so I definitely did not need to be treated so rushed. Will not be returning or recommending

I came in unsure what exactly I wanted but left with the perfect hair, Jess did an amazing balayage and I’ve never been happier! She was lovely, made me feel comfortable and I absolutely love my hair so will definitely be back?

I booked in on the off chance of getting an appointment. I was made to feel very welcome and made at ease by Cheryl . I am please with the result, my eyes didn't sting and the tint was easily cleaned off my lashes with no "black eye effect". Really pleased with the result. Thank you.
