I visited Regis Newcastle today for my cut and blow dry. Bex cuts my hair perfectly regularly. I also had a conditioning treatment and my hair looks and feels amazing 🤩 I always receive a great service at Regis Newcastle. I am looking forward to my future visit in about 8 weeks time.

As usual, I had a very pleasant experience. Angela B (Vicky) cut my hair exactly as I wanted it and the result was excellent. Ever since my first visit she has got the best out of my hair. Needless to say, I have made my next appointment, as usual

I did love my hair and Ruth was super friendly, we had a lovely conversation. The only thing was I feel my hair wasn’t washed thoroughly as it still felt greasy, specially the crown of my head. So I had to go home and wash it again. That’s the only thing I would say part from that the experience was lovely.

Nicolas always provides a calm, careful and fully competent hair treatment. She is scrupulous in her patient approach and close attention. Today, she excelled herself in obtaining a colleague to wash and shampoo my hair ahead of the appointment time so that she could complete the haircut in time for me to attend a lunch date at the nearby Colmans restaurant. Outstanding customer care & devotion to duty.

Debbie was lovely and I felt she took her time to get my hair looking wonderful.

Sharon has done a lovely cut. Iam new to the area so didn't know where to get my hair cut and Regis came up on an online system. I prepaid so wasn't sure how you leave a tip, couldn't see a box on the counter. Sharon was genuinely friendly too.
