Regis Fenwick Newcastle

I came to Regis Fenwicks in 2021 with a recommendation for Jessica and she’s been brilliant. She’s talented and I trust her totally with my hair. However I like to see the salon puts investment into the salon itself. It’s dated, music on a iPod loop and the chairs uncomfortable. Today I had my hair cut and the basin sinks didn’t have padding so cut into my neck while washing. I love the location, and want it to to feel like a treat. You have brilliant staff who your customers trust but please give the salon some love and attention (ps barbers have fancy chairs with foot rest, they can lay back and full of bling, I would like a chair that supports when having to lean back to dry my curly hair) . Once again i couldn’t praise Jess enough, she’s such an asset to the salon

I have naturally curly hair and have wanted for sometime to go from my medium layered bob to a short look. Nicola took on the challenge and created a look which was exactly what I had wanted. I was/am delighted 😊

An extremely professional stylist Nichola listens carefully and is happy to suggest the best way of achieving and maintaining beautifully cut modern hairstyles. I visited Regis Newcastle today for my cut and blow dry. Bex cuts my hair perfectly regularly. I also had a conditioning treatment and my hair looks and feels amazing 🤩 I always receive a great service at Regis Newcastle. I am looking forward to my future visit in about 8 weeks time.

I did love my hair and Ruth was super friendly, we had a lovely conversation. The only thing was I feel my hair wasn’t washed thoroughly as it still felt greasy, specially the crown of my head. So I had to go home and wash it again. That’s the only thing I would say part from that the experience was lovely.
