Brie understands colour like no other and is great at getting the result I wanted. The salon has a lovely atmosphere where all staff are friendly and work as a team.

Always a pleasure to have my hair cut and coloured by Charlotte. She always gives me a first class experience .The whole team are welcoming, friendly and professional.

This was my first visit to the salon and I was made very welcome. Sarah was lovely and I was happy with my cut and blow dry, however when I made the appointment over the phone I gave a brief description of my hair and was given a price of £42 for a cut and blow dry with Sarah , I was also asked to pay a deposit of £10 which was not a problem and I was quite happy with the price. When I left the salon I felt I had been overcharged by £10 so I called to clarify this and was told the price was changed because my hair was thick, I have never been told this before and I am disappointed because I was not told at any time that there would be an extra charge for this, I most definitely should have been informed about it. As an oap I specifically asked how much it would cost because it is a luxury to have my hair cut at a nice salon. It’s really unfair that you don’t explain the extra charge and actually hide it from the client. It has put a dampener on an otherwise lovely experience at your salon Regards Carol 🙁

Charlotte coloured my hair looks really lovely, Sarah cut and blown dried, excellent. Thrilled will both colour and cut. All booked for next time.

I have been going to Kirsty for many years. She has always been very professional and won’t do something that she doesn’t think will suit me. Always giving an honest opinion and provides a professional service, I would fully recommend Kirsty and the other girls in the salon. Always very welcoming and it is a true treat to go here to have my hair done.
