My daughter isn’t keen on having her hair done but Kate made her feel super comfortable and she’s really chuffed with the result. So grateful for the kindness, skill and the hot chocolate!

Everyone was very friendly. I had a wet cut. Enjoyed the experience from having my hair washed to the cut. Charlotte discussed what I wanted and the result was exactly what I wanted. Indefinitely recommend the salon .

Sarah is the best. She knew what I needed and I decided to trust her judgement. I’m so pleased with the result. Only problem was I paid £10 in advance but was charged full price. I think I can carry over the £10 to used next time. Hope so.

I honestly can't thank Niamh enough for what she managed to do with my hair! After a consultation with her, she spent hours (no exaggeration!) stripping out the old red dye and helping colour and blend my unwanted greys with some gorgeous highlights. It was dark by the time we'd finished so I couldn't fully appreciate how lovely my hair looked until this morning! I'm gutted I couldn't leave a tip at the time but I'll pop in soon!

The salon is wonderful. If you want a total relaxation, hair do and pamper this is the place for you! I come once a month. I look forward to my day in Truro. I get my hair coloured by Brie, then upstairs to Amy to have a manicure and pedicure! Sheer bliss. The staff are all friendly and very attentive. Tea/coffee and drinks on tap. A great experience and thoroughly recommend! Well done!

Wanted to have a complete new look, hair curly and gone thin due to menopause, given options, not pressured, sooooo happy, staff friendly, you even get a head massage every time with a drink of your choice…… amazing salon…..

Had a lovely time at the salon getting my hair done in a crazy colour (purple). Kate was great the whole time through, checkin in with me and keeping me in the loop, as well as putting up with my (terrible) jokes. Everyone else was also lovely. The result is amazing, I love it.

From the time you arrive you instantly feel relaxed and looked after very well. Drinks are offered whilst you wait/having your hair done. Lola warmly welcomed me taking me to wash my hair, I was sitting in a fab massage chair with Lola finishing off with a mini head massage, I felt great before I even had my haircut! Charlotte who had cut my hair advised on hair styles that would suit my face shape and gave some great stying tips. I was very happy with the end result and left feeling very pampered. The prices are very reasonable. This is my second appointment and have already booked the next. I highly recommend Taylor Cole Salon.
