Not had my hair cut at all for 9 and a half months due to lockdowns, personal circumstances and a loss of confidence due to Covid etc so the set up at KA’s was all new to me when I visited on 9th December. However, the staff, controls and signage put in place and general environment in the salon made me feel safe, secure and at ease so no worries at all, from start to finish. The addition of the perspex screens and PPE didn’t make the visit feel impersonal or disconnected, particularly because everyone was, friendly, relaxed and chilled. Tegan (I think that was her name) on reception was welcoming, chatty and lovely. She immediately made me feel at ease while I was waiting for my appointment. The person who washed my hair (sorry, I didn’t make a note of her name) was lovely too and again made me feel safe and at ease, clearly following all the proper safety procedures in a friendly and professional way.
I received a brilliant gents cut from Emma with all her usual excellent care and attention to detail. Really good to see her again, chat and feel the start of a return to a bit of normal life again at long last. Thank you for that, Emma. I was particularly pleased and appreciative of the great cut this time having endured 1970s lockdown locks for so long!! Felt like a new man when I left!
So a big thank you and pat on the back to everyone for the effort and care put in to make the KA experience a good one. And as for the necessary price increases, no problem by me at all. Perfectly acceptable particularly during such challenging times for businesses and staff. I appreciate the impact the new restrictions have brought commercially. I feel it’s even more important to support and ensure local businesses like KA survive and continue to be there for customers. I’ll happily be back again in 6 weeks on my regular frequency having taken the plunge from haircut hibernation. Keep up all the great work and keep safe and healthy. Thank you again x

After virtually 9 months of isolation, what a delight it was to meet daisy for a colour/ cut and blow dry, I’ve gone from an old boiler, too feeling like a spring chicken, what a Fabulous job she did in choosing my colour and style, Thankyou Daisy, compliments are coming my way fast.....

Had the gorgeous Annie do my hair today and as always she did exactly what I asked for. Love my hair. I would recommend everyone to go to Kelly Anza the staff are brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable. You will come away feeling a million dollars.
The teception is friendly, clean and as welcoming as possible under the circumstances. My stylist, Daisy, is one of the best I've ever had over the years. She knows and understands hair so well.

First time I've been to the salon and I had an amazing stylist called Daisy. She has done an amazing restyle for me and I would highly recommend the salon to everyone. Special care was taken due to Covid restrictions. Overall a great experince.
Annie did my hair for the 1st time today, I came in needing a full head of highlights on my highlighted blonde hair. Annie blended my one colour previous blonde highlights with 2 shades of blonde, explaining it would be more natural and wouldn’t grow out so harshly (I have natural dark hair). My hair was toned and had a jolly good cut. Just wow, Annie totally smashed it my hair looks amazing, the blondes blend beautifully and to top it off my hair is super soft and cut beautifully. Annie listens to what you say and is very talented. All the team at Kelly Anza were great, I felt very relaxed. Thank you!

Am beyond happy with my hair. Boo understood exactly what I was after and delivered 100%...It’s better than I could have hoped for! Everything in the salon was set up perfectly for Covid and I was made to feel really comfortable and relaxed the entire time.

Had my hair cut by the talented Lydia. I have very long hair and get nervous having it cut. Lydia did a great job giving me the exact cut I asked for, if not better. Felt very COVID safe which meant the experience was stress free.

Although I was happy with the service - my stylist was very friendly- I was a bit disappointed with the how the colour turned out. The highlights aren’t very noticeable unless I’m in the sun whereas I was hoping for a much richer colour. However, the cut and blow dry I am pleased with.
Well worth the wait for my appointment. Felt very comfortable and safe in the salon. As always Emma did a fantastic job and I came away feeling amazing!!
