Ive recently moved to Penzance in search for a new hairdressers which can always be testing but I can honestly say from start to finish I received the service all businesses should inspire to. I was asked regularly whether I wanted a drink, the girls were lovely, and the shampoo and conditioner was like a spa treatment in itself - most amazing head massage. I always rely on reviews but very rarely leave them but this will definitely be my go to hair salon, thanks ladies super happy client.

Since my first hair cut by Olivia I haven't gone anywhere else, always left really happy with the hair cut and a really nice clean place!!
All of the girls in the salon are so lovely and are there for your every need! Coffee and mags are a huge bonus to get as soon as you walk in!

Booked appt online, for Wed 3rd with Lilly, as I had an 'event' on 4th. Just before leaving home, I checked my text msg reminder, to discover it was for the NEXT week. Dont know what went wrong there; the point is, u were able to offer me an appt on 4th, with Anna. Problem solved. The staff are all friendly and young, my daughters hair dresser Phoebe talks to her and asks what she would like instead of asking me, this makes my daughter feel more grown up and independent. They always offer a drink and make you feel comfortable. It is always a clean and tidy environment.
