Excellent hair cut and a great team at HW

Very relaxing hair massage after hair wash. Jade listened to what I wanted done with my hair and gave me what I requested. Must be a first in many years of having my hair done someone who listens to what the customer really wants!!

Tilly was my personal stylist. From the very start she told me what was going to happen. Excellent stylist.
I needed a miracle and Tilly made that happen.
Also, Danni makes you feel special.

As ever, Freya’s listening skills, creativity and attention to detail left me looking and feeling top notch!

Desperate for a hair cut and lucky to get a cancellation. Laura did just what I wanted - short and easy to look after. As demonstrated by my sea swim today, just got out, towel dried, hand through it - done! Love it!

Went in for my consultation this afternoon, with Jade for a restyle and colour. I felt for the first time that i was listened too, I felt comfortable and I was really pleased with what we have decided to do.

Always a positive experience ..total trust in my stylist who always takes the utmost time and expertise in sorting my hair.

Emma was the ultimate professional carefully guiding me as to what colour would suit my hair - she explained carefully why the colour I wanted would not yet work but cleverly suggested an alternative for me. Very ind and patient

Love my visits to the salon, which aren’t as often as they should be. Staff are always so friendly. Freya cut my hair perfectly. Love the products Freya used, purchased the curl cream but the resort spray (smells amazing) was out of stock. Thankyou Freya Mia shampooed my hair, she was lovely too.

Nothing better than a hair appointment with Jade to make you feel 100% better . All those greys gone. Thank you Jade . See you soon

The team at HW are always friendly and efficient. Laura is a perfectionist and I have never left the salon not loving my hair.

There was a mistake made in regards to my booking however fortunately Eloise was available. Very pleased with my haircut, will be coming again.

It was so lovely to see Tilly again. Tillyvused to be my hairdresser for years when you were in Chapel Street. Having recently moved back home to Cornwall and not being able to find a hairdresser I was comfortable with, I was delighted to see back in the salon. The salon is lovely, all the staff made me feel very comfortable and I can’t wait to go back.

She listened to my preferences and delivered exactly what I wanted. The entire experience was pleasant and I will definitely be returning for future haircuts. Highly recommended!

This is not for public broadcast please . Éveryone I came into contact with were excellent and seeing Emma as my stylist for the first time in ages was wonderful . I’ve been meaning to mention for a while now could you please fix the basins . They both slump down when in use and it’s really heavy on the shoulders . Not quite what you need ! Not sure if the massagers still work either ? Sorry to mention this but I’d want to know :)
Ps I love my new hair style and the colour thank you . ppps stylist list needs updating .
