Freya always does my hair with maximum care and attention. Very good colours and excellent cut. Great customer service. All the stylists are very friendly and it’s just a great hair salon!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today., right from the pampering hair wash with head massage, whilst lying back in the massage chair to the very professional hair cut. Freya is always very careful to check out what I want, asks me throughout the cut about particular details and products I like and produces a beautiful result. She is friendly, charming and helpful, as are all the staff I have encountered at H&W

Excellent first ever experience. Warm and very welcoming from the first time I stepped through the door, met Gayle and had a consultation with Rosabel that led to my appointment and hairdo today. Such a wonderful and special 2 hours. I am delighted with my hair and very pleased to have found Rosabel and Hunter and Walsh Salon. Thankyou:)

My daughter had her 1st ever haircut today by the wonderful Freya. My daughter was made to feel so welcome.Freya listen to everything my daughter said an cut her hair to how she wanted it my daughter left the salon feeling so happy. Freya's service is wonderful she took her time and made my daughter feel great an comfortable an spoke to my daughter about everything she was doing i would recommend Freya to everyone

As a teenager of the 70's I still seem to have more hair than friends of the same age and I'm still (almost) as paranoid about it as when I was a teenager with a blonde mullet (!) so don't trust 'new' hairdressers easily, when my usual hairdresser had to go into hospital I panicked a little and let the barnet go wild. I needn't have worried, Josh listened intently and knew exactly what I wanted and put me at ease straight away with his calm, confident and friendly manner. I think my previous hairdresser just got fired ;-)

Freya gave me a lovely haircut , and is a great communicator. I’ve short , very straight hair , and am fussy ! None of which seemed to be a problem ... R

She styled it really nicely at the time, and now at home after a few washes and styling it myself, I really love the cut. But the best part was still the massage chair!

Went in for advise as my hair is thick and frizzy talked to josh he told me exactly wot to have done thought great that sounds good booked appointment went in had roots done and lovely hair cut he smashed it was so much better no frizz and a lot shorter I love it. And everyone was so friendly. Thanks josh will see u in six weeks

I have been going to hunter and Walsh for years and they are by far the best salon in Cornwall all the staff are friendly and my hair always looks and feels great when I leave, they also care a lot about our environment and have made lots of changes to ensure they’re being environmentally friendly!

Had a colour and restyle a couple of weeks ago, loved it but found that I needed a little more off my fringe and a little weight taken off the top. Phoned the salon, a complimentary Appt was made for me and no charge as this is part of the excellent customer service that hunter and Walsh offers! I was so pleased and can't wait for my next visit... Thank you vivienne you are amazing!

Lovely experience from start to finish. All the staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble, and everyone makes you feel very welcome. Viv put me at ease straightaway, and was so open to my ideas and what would best suit me. I came out feeling really happy with the results and will definitely be back soon.

I have been using this salon for quite a few years. My fantastic cuts and colours are what keep me coming back. The staff are all so welcoming, the service is top notch. I feel like I’ve had a bit of me time, been looked after and I am always really pleased with the results. Great little salon with fantastic staff, always recommend you.

I always look forward to having my hair done at Hunter and Walsh. Right from the excellent welcome by the receptionists and stylist. I enjoy my experience right from the start with the wash and the relaxing massage by the stylist and also the body neck shoulders and back massage in the chair. My stylist Freya is not only very talented with being able to visualise and guide me with what will suit me from the numerous pictures I show her but also she is extremely attentive and professional. She stands out. I am always pleased with my hair and the service. She is the best hairdresser I have ever had. I am so pleased I found her. I would not hesitate to recommend Freya to any of my friends
