I had my first haircut since lockdown and Eloise did a fantastic job. She cut 4 inches off the length and add some layers, it looked fantastic. She introduced me to a product that tames frizzy hair the more you wash. I've washed it twice since and I have noticed an improvement. I cannot wait for my next appointment. Thank you so much Eloise.

Very good COVID procedures in place, and having not had my hair cut since March it was a great relief to finally get to the salon. As always, Freya gave a fab cut and I’m feeling like ‘me’ again!

I haven’t been able to get my hair cut and styled since before lockdown commenced, so was delighted to be able to get an appointment. I had been a bit nervous about attending a hair salon due to the potential infection risk of being in such close proximity to someone else but I was totally reassured by the comprehensive infection control measures H&W have put in place. Separate cubicles for clients, excellent social distancing and hand hygiene and customer safety centred attention to detail.
On top of that I had the usual excellent luxurious experience we all receive at H&W and after my haircut, I feel like me again for the first time in 6 months.

I was happy that Laura listened to my hair concerns and then precisely and carefully cut it. It looks much better.

Laura did an amazing job! Exactly what I asked for and couldn’t be happier my bob and my fringe is sitting perfectly already no training required. Lovely salon experience as always.

I've never been so excited about visiting my hairdresser than I was this Saturday (15 aug). Eloise did a fantastic job in cutting my overgrown locks, and adding layers. She finished by drying my hair curly which looked fab. She also used a new product (can't remember the name) on my hair which should produce better results in taming frizziness the more times you wash your hair! I'll be sure to let Eloise know how I get on. I also booked my next appointment in October. Thanks so much Eloise, see you soon x

Have had lots of compliments on my lovely cut & colour.

I had an amazing experience. I very rarely get my hair done (2 years being the last time) and was slightly nervous but Jade made me feel at ease with the whole process. I had before and after photos taken and the results are fab. She was patient and understanding with my very little ‘hair knowledge’. I shall definitely come back and would highly recommend Jade as a hairstylist. Thank you :)

Today was my first appointment with laura. She talked through the styling and what I wanted with me. She was so easy to talk to and I felt so comfortable with her doing my hair. I am over the moon with the end result! You legend, laura- it must be in the name! Cannot wait for my next appointment with you!!

I loved my hair! Brydie did a great job, just how I wanted it. She also offered me very pertinent and helpful advice before cutting it. Aside from being an experienced stylist she makes one feel inspired, comfortable and confident and is a lovely, gentle person.

What a joy to be back and in the capable hands of Rosabel. She is absolutely brilliant with colour and it was so good to have my bob back..... with a slight twist..... side parting and giving a go at growing out my fringe. Excellent care taken with all aspects of hygiene and Covid regulations. I didn't miss the music, lack of magazines and cuppa, so can honestly say the relaxing ambience was as good as ever.

The procedure was clearly explained in the salon. Liked the hands free hand sanitizer. I quite liked being done up in the cape, kept the hair off my clothes.
Great to see Eloise again and have her personal service. Can't be easy for the staff either.
Very pleased with my cut and beachy finish.

I normally have very short hair, but having “accidentally “ grown it over the past few months- I wasn’t sure what I wanted today. However, Freya has given my hair such a lovely shape, without it being too long- or too short!
Feels great, ready for son’s wedding in 3 days’ time....Also very impressed with the safety and hygiene standards, and loved being near an open window...Thanks very much!

Thanks Brydie for a great cut. The last time you cut my hair was the middle of March and it is a testament to your cutting that it was still presentable four and a half months later post-Lockdown! Everyone in the salon from the front desk to the salon floor was welcoming and friendly and it was clear that a lot of thought and hard work has gone into making everyone feel safe in these strange times.

Thank you for another great hair cut, you have made everything feel safe without compromising the fantastic salon experience that you always provide.. Fab team, great salon, 9 years and still don’t want to go anywhere else?

Even though it was a slightly different experience due to the situation we find ourselves in, it was still a relaxing and comfortable one. It was great to see Freya and the rest of the staff after months of being closed. As usual Freya was able to help me decide what to do with my hair. Having not had it done since the end of Feb it was quite out of control. Welcome back ladies.

Jade has been cutting my hair for the past couple of years and she always does an excellent job. All staff are friendly and I’m made to feel very welcome for my whole visit. Although C19 has meant the salon had to adapt, today’s visit was just as good as ever. Thank you!

Thrilled with my visit to the salon today and my cut and highlights with Rosabel. I must say I found everyone very professional and aware of preventative measures to avoid the spread of Coronavirus.

Always a fab experience. Freya is a very talented hair stylist. Very impressed about the provision of PPE today. I am hard of hearing and I found the light and reflection from the visor made it hard for me to lip read Freya. Having said that I have been struggling with communication during the COVID so I do understand it’s for our protection. I felt excited about coming because it’s such an enjoyable experience each time I come. Lovely modern salon beautifully set out with a wonderful view

I came out feeling wonderful and looking younger.....that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it!

Everything in the salon has been sorted for the New Normal.....met at the door with hand sanitizer and mask and individual plastic gowns. As always, an excellent cut and very cheery staff.

As is usual Nadine provides an outstanding service. She is one of the best hairdressers I have been to. She listens to my ideas and makes suggestionsof her own, adding her knowledge and experience. My hair looked fabulous after my recent appointment. We are so lucky to have H&W in Penzance.

Had a great hair appointment today. Everything was excellent. The hygiene, the way all the staff, are taking the nead for, PPE seriously.
