Came into salon today for a cut and colour...contemplating red tones and although I hadn't booked the right type / length appointment it wasn't a problem..Louise listened to what i had in mind,then worked her magic with the colour,and Nadine was her usual Class A...The Cut is superb...I'm a very Happy Bunny !! I love the colour and the subtle tones ( hopefully we will have noted the colour for next time please.?..)..Thanks girls..

I chose new girl Brydi (hope I've spelt get name right) specifically because of her experience and training in a Vidal Sassoon Salon. I wanted a short geometric cut to suit my face, and she achieved it. She was confident and inspired trust in her abilities as well as a great conversationalist, which lets be honest it's important when you're having your hair done. Real my enjoyed the experience.

Have been having my haircut by Viv for over 15 years now and no matter what changes, colour, long hair or short, I alway get a fantastic cut and beautiful colour. I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic service as always! Louise always listens to exactly what you need and checks and rechecks your are happy before you leave. The young lady offering me drinks and washing my hair, was extremely polite and a credit to your salon.

As always a great experience. So lovely to come into the salon for some"me time", relaxation and a chat with Louise. I've had long hair most of my life but gradually Louise is persuading me to be more adventurous. Currently have a lob and today we discussed going even shorter... exciting. I have watched Louise grow from a Saturday girl 10 years ago to the brilliant Senior Stylist she is today.

Freya really put me at ease and spoke in depth about what I would like to achieve and feel Freya was so knowledgable which is fantastic , taking time to look at my hair and tailoring my future treatments to my hair specifically . Visiting the salon is always a pleasure, you're made to feel very welcome, and valued, but I was especially pleased this time. My appointment was with Brydie and I am absolutely delighted with the style she gave me. She listened to what i liked and didn't like about my hair and managed to turn my overgrown and rather shaggy har into a lovely sleek style.

The booking was easy, the reception warm and efficient. From the moment I walked in I was treated with friendliness and courtesy. The salon is roomy, stylish and spotless. The chair massage with heated neck pillow and the shampoo and head massage were luxurious bliss. Nadine gave me the best haircut I have had since the last time I went to her, 12 years ago! and remembered me, too.
Definitely the best salon I have visited in the UK.

Had foils for the first time...Jade recommended colours and they are lovely. Also had an excellent cut...a bit shorter than usual and I'm really pleased with the result.

It's not simply about hair. It's about how they make you feel. There is an atmosphere of joie de vie amongst all staff which is infectious. Plus you get a great haircut.
